This home is for families wanting private and endless pool and backyard fun. Our home is clean and comfortable with a layout that accommodates both small and large group sizes. Our private pool and hot tub are heated year round. The house is centrally located to Zion National park, championship style golf, amazing hiking, and beautiful St. George, UT. Our neighborhood borders the beautiful Sand Hollow reservoir that is ATV and Side-by-Side accessible. All guests receive free access to the park.

Peaceful setting 8 minutes from town at the foot of the beautiful Hurricane Cliffs. Enjoy your private patio & tiki hot tub. There are hundreds of miles of trails for ATV riding from the house. Copper Rock championship golf course is across the street. Zion NP is 27 miles away. Secure safe parking. No pets or dogs. Please note: the studio is not ADA equipped.

Close to Zion Park, our GUEST'S REVIEWS tell our story best. We have a beautiful 1,250 sq foot suite that features a PRIVATE HOT TUB as well as a private entrance, patio & lawn area with waterfall. This space is a walkout basement of our home & has a keyless entry, 2 bedrooms, each with a 55 inch TV, kitchenette, sitting area with a 65 inch TV, large washer and dryer & a 2 room bathroom. Outside is gas fire pit & Blackstone grill. It is designed for up to 4 persons. Sorry, no smoking or pets.

Located 5 min from Sand Hollow State Park and our famous sand dunes! where there's off-roading, swimming, fishing, golfing, biking... We are also located about 45 min from Zion National Park. The casita has a full kitchen and bathroom, its own private entrance and plenty parking right out front. It has everything you need including awesome views of the mountains! AND we are pet friendly!
