Getaway cottage on a private beach on the majestic Kootenay lake. Gorgeous view of the mountains and the city of Nelson. Right next to famous Pulpit rock hiking trail. From parking to home there are 5 stair cases & 112 steps, it's sadly not for mobility reduced individuals. If available, we ca help with your bags. Nelson is a very special city. It has many restaurants and store that offer organic foods as well as vegan options. Lots of artists and galleries to shop from or simply to visit.

Ainsworth Springs Sunset Suite

Situated on Kootenay lake, our suites provide travelers with a choice between two unique and beautiful accommodations. Both suites are spacious and feature incredible lake and mountain views, private decks, fully equipped kitchens, and private access to a secluded beach. NOTE: A reservation is now required to access the hot springs, please check their website for further information. We are separate from the resort. Longbeach suites, located on the west arm of Kootenay Lake 21 kms north of Nelson BC providing 171 ft. of beach front. We have two separate suites available on the upper level of our home overlooking the beach. The suites are accessed from the parking area by one of two stair cases or an enclosed wheel chair lift to the upper deck. A new saltwater system hot tub has just been installed for your pleasure
