We had a private room with a large bed and our own bathroom. Overall the stay was great with a central location right next to many food vendors at night. The room was quiet and clean. The bathroom had a weird smell occasionally, but it was definitely still worth the stay and easy to blend out. The reception was always available and helpful. They helped us rent motorcycles and had lots of informational flyers at the front desk. The common areas looked very spacious and clean too. Would definitely come again, thanks!

Gute Unterkunft in schöner Lage. In der Nähe ist direkt ein Markt, Tempel und ein Pub. Check-In war unkompliziert und einfach und die Unterkunft war sauber.

I stayed her for one night and it lived up to my expectations. Very convenient check in considering I arrived at 8pm. It was also a very unique and cool place.

This might be the most underrated gem in air bnb history. This little homestay was perfectly located, stocked with amenities, ease of entrance, and ran/hosted by the kindest people. My little room was the perfect size, with both a desk and clothing rack to put your stuff on, and a nice view of the river plus a fan which was very effective in keeping me cool. In the morning there is unlimited coffee and different kinds of tea that you can make yourself at the hot water station. There is also affordable laundry service on site and they let you keep your bags there after checkout (in a locked, safe locker) if needed. The woman who cleans and runs the place daily is very kind. Her mother showed up more than once with fresh, cooling tea that she shared with me. Everything is cleaned daily so the shared bathrooms are always pristine. Also, you enter into the building using a key code which is brilliant! Never have to worry about losing a key. Loved my stay & would happily stay again.

We really loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The room was very spacious and clean. The host is also very nice. If we have a chance to come back to Chiangmai, we ll definitely book this place for our stay.

Great place to stay right outside of town, away from the hustle, host was very friendly and offered guest fruits and snacks. Strongly recommend for travellers to check out this space

Location was great. Off the main streets and crowd to be quiet, but close enough to walk to alot of the main areas. I stayed here two different times on my trip and the host was very nice and even upgraded my room the second time at no extra cost due to my own issues in booking.
