Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

Separate toilet & bathroom. All linen supplied. Close to beach, GP track, Penguin Parade, Nobbies Centre. 5 mins drive to Cowes to all shops & restaurants.

A neat 2 bedroom shack with a large secure yard for a pet friendly stay! Short walk to the supermarket, and just a little further on to the pub, pier and town centre. And a short stroll through the end of Bergin Gr will have you on the beach. With all the amenities to enjoy a comfortable stay, whether you feel like lounging at home and cooking up a storm or a walk to Marine Pde for margaritas or a beer. Sol House was designed to capture the sunlight from sunrise to sunset. This pre-fabricated block-style beach house was built in 2021, to fit the setting of the relaxed, surfy vibe of Killy. A short 350m stroll to the iconic Kilcunda General Store for a morning coffee or the Ocean View Hotel for a cold beer and dinner. Or sit back on the porch overlooking the adjacent parkland down to the wild Bass Coast ocean. Enjoy the flowing gardens, firepit and outdoor entertainment area!

We have no fenced area to leave your dog, ok inside while you are there. A great place to unwind and watch the ocean.
