Everything was great, location is great, host is very responsive and friendly!

This was my third stay at the Tortuga Azul. I’ve come down with friends to dive and relax. The location is very close to the Caulker airport, just a short walk. I would definitely recommend renting a golf cart though. Most of the action in town is a short ride away, and for super early morning dive departures, it’s nice to be able to ride. There is a restaurant basically next door, Suggestion Gourmet. Its not the typical island fare, more of a French place, but it’s the most serene setting. I can’t speak to all of the beds, but the one I’ve slept in every year has been comfortable. The rooms all have individual AC, so you can sleep at your own preferred temp. The property manager, Michael, is quick to respond via What’s App. I will continue to stay at Tortuga for my repeat trips to the island.

I cannot recommend Tina's home highly enough. From booking to checkout, the process was easy and seamless. The home is gorgeous and has everything you need and more. The view cannot be beat. The pool was refreshing after a day out snorkeling or into town or to Caye Caulker. Eva, the house manager, virtually acts as a personal concierge - seeing to everything you could possibly need at the house, tons of contacts for snorkeling, fishing, massages (at the dock) and restaurants. She met us as we docked and was available throughout our stay to ensure a wonderful visit to Belize. As noted in the description, the house is a 25-minute golf cart ride on, at times, an unpaved dirt road. It can be bumpy but overall it's definitely worth it. The beds were comfy, the A/C was a dream, and we cooked a few meals there and found everything we needed. We hated to leave but are grateful for the hospitality and beautiful place to visit. If you're considering a San Pedro visit, this is the place!

Quiet, clean, great space. Excellent communication for our entire trip. Levita greeted us after a very long day. Glad we were away from the dusty, noisy center of town. Definitely rent the bikes even though they are a bit rusty!

Casa Esmeralda provided an exceptional stay, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The property was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and thoroughly stocked with all essential amenities. Gil and Minerva clearly put a lot of care into this property, and it showed. Its prime location allowed for easy access to Caye Caulker's restaurants and attractions. We highly recommend Casa Esmeralda for a memorable and enjoyable vacation.

This house is amazing! The location allows almost a 360 view (with the ocean on both sides of the island visible). The house is right next to the Split which is the hub of activity for visitors. Since the house is owned by the Sea Dreams Hotel, we were able to use their restaurant/bar and dock. Everyone was friendly and helpful in arranging taxis and setting us up with snorkeling and fishing excursions (with the snorkeling dropping us off at our dock and the fishing starting/ending there.... so steps from the house). The house was beautiful, homey and comfortable. I will definitely try and stay here again on my next visit to Caye Caulker.

Casa Holiday was perfect for my family. The property was very clean and the pictures matched what is shown on the listing. Very thoughtful, unexpected amenities like ground, coffee, shampoo and conditioner packets, small in room safes and a bottled water dispenser. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning units worked well. The screened in porch is nice for sitting out at night without mosquitoes. The pool area was perfect and well kept. Walking distance to several restaurants. Easy to get back into town by golf cart.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Vanilla Orchid. The caretakers picked us up at the airstrip and took us to the house where they then went through all the details and features of the unit. The house was spotless, comfortable, and furnished with modern decor. The air conditioner worked great, and there were also ceiling fans, and oscillating fans ( which is a must for me to sleep). The kitchen was very modern. The shower was large and clean. The house, in reality, feels much larger than it looks in the pictures. The pool and patio are the show stopper. You get a gorgeous yard with a coverer patio, large pool (again it is much larger than it appears in the photos), a grill, and various tables and chairs to lounge on. There is an excellent French restaurant right across the street that has great breakfasts and daily happy hour. This was very convenient. We could not have been happier with the experience.

Absolutely Loved our stay! From start to finish everything was amazing! Mrs. Cecilia help arrange a taxi to pick us up from the ferry, allowed us to check in early, had a great little cafe with excellent food on the premises which we indulged in a few times! When it was time to go, she allowed us to hang out after check out, eat & play darts until our next place was available, even offered us a ride there so we didn’t have to drag our luggage down the road. The space was great, right by the pristine pool, perfect way to wind down in the afternoon. WiFi was the best we have had on the islands. Shower was hot with great water pressure, another amenity that’s not often available on the island. Bed was very comfy with very soft sheets and blankets. The staff are so very welcoming, every one was so nice and the family dogs came to visit us everyday. This little gem is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of centro (15-20 min walk/10 min bike ride). Highly recommend, would 100% return.

we had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect — close to everything we needed (dive centers, restaurants, supermarket) yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The home itself was spotless; the cleanliness exceeded our expectations, making it feel so welcoming and comfortable from the moment we arrived. One of the biggest highlights was Ricky himself — he was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Another huge plus was the indoor laundry setup. Having a washer and dryer right inside the unit was so convenient, especially for a longer stay. It made a big difference in how relaxed and at-home we felt. Overall, we couldn't recommend this place more highly. We'd absolutely stay here again!

SUPER convenient location!! Ferry dropped us off at our doorsteps. Snorkeling and tons of restaurants all within 10 minute walk. Air conditioning was great, space was very roomy and comfortable.

We really liked our stay here! We were picked up from our water taxi and showed around on our way to the Airbnb. Javier was so nice and had great recommendations. The Airbnb was located just a block from the water and had tons of great restaurants and bars close by. The place was comfortable, we would stay here again!

My friend and I loved the Gumbo Limbo! Very charming, calm property. There’s direct access to the water/ a peaceful dock, but it’s still close enough to get to the busier part of town by walking or even quicker if you take the bikes they provide! The bikes actually turned out to be a huge plus because we took them across to the north island on the ferry and biked all around. The Gumbo Limbo is also super close to both the airport and the water taxi— when we left by plane, we just walked along the beach for about five minutes to get to the airport.

The apartment was perfect for me and hubby. It was large enough for us to have our space and the anemitites inside the apartment were great. My fav was the bed...OMG SO COMFORTABLE! The apartment was so clean and the washer and dryer was a plus. Coconuts Caribe was in a perfect location and within minutes getting downtown or anywhere around the island and there are plenty of eateries to chose from nearby( Elvi's; Carambas; Sandy Toes; Truck Stop to name a few). Our favorite food truck at the Truck Stop was Asian option. If you like gambling there are a few casinos Palm casino (across from Elvi's) but our fav was Caribi Bleu. We enjoyed our time so much we booked an extra day. Big Ups to Giovanni!!!!who was always helpful and provided great recommendations and directions where we needed to go.

We stayed here for a few days on a visit to Belize with our young family. We received proactive messages from the host and helped us arrange and hold card and help from the airport to the island, handling all the luggage. The stay was fantastic and the staff couldn’t do enough to help make our stay enjoyable. We don’t always revisit the same places twice, but we both agreed we would absolutely stay here again if we visit this island. Book this place, you won’t regret it.

We loved our stay. It was in southern San Pedro so away from the craziness & noisiness of downtown. The unit was very clean, good quality kitchen amenities, the bed was very comfortable, and we felt safe & secure. There is a pool to enjoy, parking if you rent a golf cart, and short walking distance to supermarkets. Yunior, the manager, was very responsive and helpful. We dived with Belize Pro Dive, which was a 5 minute walk away, and a great dive company!!!!

We had an AMAZING stay at Steffi’s place! She was so kind and responsive, helped us book a taxi from the ferry, quick to replace water when we needed it. The place itself is great so good to have two rooms with king size beds for two couples as you don’t see that at many places. The kitchen had everything we needed and the space was way bigger than we expected! Pool was perfect and the roof rooftop was great for seeing the sunset and sunrise.

Despite the curb appeal…the space was gorgeous and clean and the private rooftop space is top notch! The safe for valuables was important for us, didn’t use any of the kitchen items besides glasses/ mugs…but appeared to have items for cooking. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and live music on Sundays at Saltys directly in front. I would visit this beautiful place again! Schezhana is a very responsive host and helpful, front staff at the property are very kind and helpful as well

Our family of five spent three nights at Emily's place and it was fantastic! Plenty of space, dishes and towels. It was very clean and the view of the ocean, pool and dock were so beautiful. We were met by the manager who made drinks for us and showed us around the place. It is a fun golf cart ride into town which takes about 20-25 minutes and there is so much to see along the way. Emily recommended great restaurants and grocery stores as well as people to take us on snorkeling and fishing tours. I cannot say enough good things about Emily's place. We will stay there again the next time we go to San Pedro for sure!

I had a fantastic experience staying at Stuart’s property. The home was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to the Split! Stuart, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. Stuart was an outstanding host, always responsive and accommodating. He went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome, even providing helpful local recommendations that made my trip extra special. The peaceful ambiance of the home and its charming decor truly made it feel like a getaway. I highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Stuart, whether for a short vacation or an extended stay. I would absolutely book again!

Good San Pedro location, very helpful and friendly staff, all the basics. Close to restaurants, bars, tours, etc. while being quiet at night.
