Make yourself at home, explore the entire area, enjoy sitting in the swing in the late afternoon and chill! We are pet friendly, a one time fee of 30. Payable upon your departure, which can be left in the "Pet Fee" deposit jar. The bungalow is privacy fenced, ample parking, plus private patio & grill.

Inside, a spacious layout ensures everyone has room to unwind without feeling cramped. Outside, you can grill , play games, or simply lounge on the massive back porch! Regional water levels are much lower this season! This means our private beach area is a "longer walk" to reach the water. Perfect for fires, walks and hikes.

This private guesthouse sits in the back of a two acre beautiful oak tree covered lot, less than 2 miles from water. Included is a private patio with a gas grill for outdoor entertainment. The location is 7 miles to Port Aransas beach ferry and 10 minutes to Rockport shopping and dining. This is a fishing, duck hunting and bird watching paradise! The boat ramp is five minutes from house. We have street and alley entrances with plenty of free, private parking for a vehicle, trailer and boat.

This is a charming little one bedroom home in Aransas Pass, Tx that is only minutes away from the ferry that takes you to Port Aransas beaches! We’re surrounded by many local favorite fishing areas, boat launches and kayaking areas that Aransas Pass has to offer. There is a large fenced in yard and plenty of parking for vehicles, boats etc. Enclosed back porch with locking storm door, fully equipped kitchen with all the basic needs. Pet and smoke free home!
