Beach bikes included, perfect for bike rides along the beach. Our little piece of paradise just off the St. Johns river...Bring your boat and come fish the bass filled river. This is a 34ft RV with one queen bedroom and a pull out queen sofa. The bedroom looks over the canal that leads to Dunns creek and just minutes to the St Johns river. You will have all of the comforts of home with a fully stocked kitchen, large bathroom, thick mattress and plenty of leisure space. You can grill out while the fire pit is glowing close to the water.

Come stay at our rustic boathouse along the serene river. Its weathered, wooden, exterior exudes charm, adorned with unique decor. The sunlight reflects the water, casting shimmering light against the boathouse. Surrounding it, is lush greenery and trees that create a picturesque backdrop. Inside, the boathouse is cozy and inviting, with simple furnishings and the gentle scent of wood. It's a haven where one can escape the bustle of everyday life and embrace the countryside.

This is a historical Arts and Crafts home built in 1925 located a block from downtown Palatka, Florida. The location of the home is semi-commercial. The neighors have teenagers and are sometime known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged town with areas of distress and has taken longer to recover from recession. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. However, the people are quite friendly.
