A home away from home :) Come relax in the heart of San Marcos in this cozy one-story house. We are located 5 minutes from Downtown San Marcos and 15 minutes from the river and the Premium Outlets. Perfect for a staycation or visiting college graduates! We have a fully-equipped kitchen area, free washer and dryer, and a patio area to relax. Waterfront home on Lake Dunlap

Welcome to The Dude’s House on Lake Dunlap! Lake Dunlap is back to it's full height! The dam construction was completed last year and the lake is back! Dunlap is a dammed portion of the most beautiful river in Texas, the Guadalupe River. With 2 living rooms and enough beds to comfortably sleep 14-people, our lake house is great for families and friend groups. The Dude's House is 7-minutes to downtown New Braunfels and about 15-minutes to Gruene.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. This house is situated in a historic neighborhood, just steps away from the downtown square. The backyard is fenced with lots of mature trees to provide shade and privacy. The front half of the backyard is landscaped but the back half is still a work in progress. The home does have exterior security cameras monitoring the property perimeter. It is video recording only, no audio.
