Welcome to the Historic Chandler Bungalow! Built in 1933 & recently restored with all of it's original charm. Our passion is to breathe new life into historic homes. We love history and to imagine the stories & memories that happened here. We’ve spent the last 6 months falling in love with the character of this sweet, sweet space and have updated it ever so slightly to make it a perfect place for guests. This is a one-of-a-kind, stand-alone bungalow I lovingly call the "AZ Music Shack." I originally built it to be my music studio. It’s located near the heart of up and coming Downtown Chandler. Convenient walking distance to bars/restaurants/shops, and you can typically find live music close by 7 nights a week! The house has a semi-private, partially fenced-in front court yard and a small private fenced-in back yard, hardscaped with artificial grass and pavers. Pet fee: starts at $75.

Downtown Gilbert Quiet & cozy Guest suite #2

I have created a space that offers both the ability for some peace and quiet, being nestled in a quiet community, however you are just down the street from some of the busiest restaurants and bars in town. Pickleball set included with plenty of courts nearby - feel free to use! There’s plenty of things inside the space to make you feel at home for you to use. I even have an Amazon Echo in the room for you to jam out to music during the day or use white noise for bed.
