San Lorenzo: soggiorni in loft

Jet’s place is just impeccable!!!! The grandeur of the unit is just amazing! The location is perfect with great restaurants and shops near by. The ease of checking in and checking out. We will definitely would stay at his place again. We highly recommend Jet’s place and you will not be disappointed.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. Perfect location, so extremely clean (there wasn’t even a trace of dust on the tables or boards), everything is listed exactly how it is described. We felt very safe and comfortable with the host as well! This, by far, is probably the best Airbnb I have stayed in the countries I’ve visited. Thank You So Much Adrian and family!! Ms. Rosalinda condo unit is located very near to our customer's building. Aside from being a very clean condo unit with nice ambiance and amenities. Ms. Rosalinda is very approachable and respond quickly to your queries and she also gives suggestions. Lalo na during this pandemic. Sobrang bait ni Ms. Rosalinda kahit sobrang kulit ko na yata sa kaka email sa kanya. Over all, i'm so happy sa stay namin sa unit niya and we are looking forward ulit na makapag stay ulit sa place niya in the future.

Such a lovely stay! The location was perfect—right at the back entrance of Shangri-La Fort and close to everything we needed. The home was clean, cozy, well-equipped, and had all the comforts of home. Everything was thoughtfully prepared for guests, making it feel so welcoming. Our host was incredibly helpful and very responsive. A great stay from start to finish—highly recommended, and we would definitely love to stay again!

With few small cockroaches but I dont mind I am not afraid of them. The place is clean and no foul smell. I can not complain no more because of the price I paid for.

I would like to give a special thank you to ate Grace and kuya Bong for the memorable stay. I was trying hard to find something wrong with the place, but to be honest I couldn’t find anything to fault. The place was spotless clean and and it looks a lot better in person then the pictures. Nothing was an issue and the hosts always were quick to help in what ever requests I had. Very good location close to mega mall, restaurants and weekend food market. Anne is a delight to deal with. very cool and understanding. something you don't find with other host in bgc. the space was better than expected. this loft was large for 1 person and had ample space for storage or just to move around the unit. also added attention to detail was the brick wall paper which added a nice touch

Very comfortable, very nice looking unit which matched the photos. Staying in a loft was a nice change from the normal units we had stayed in previously. The washing machine was a much appreciated bonus and the powerful air-conditioner also. We would absolutely stay here again in future, thank you!

Limited equipment though : e-bike, treadmill, some machine; mid-sized pool. 🚘 Pay parking inside the building The parking guards were helpful. 🛍️ Robinsons Magnolia & Greenhills shopping center are nearby 🚖 Book Grab for going around the place for convenience, since the streets are busy and hard to park. Gilmore LRT2 station is also 3 mins walk ⛪ There's one walking distance, closed before 6pm. Next at Santuario de San Jose Parish (it's airconditioned!) 🏪 Savemore, Mercury and 7-11 are nearby

The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to malls, banks, and groceries, making travel around the area a breeze. The wifi connection, as promised by the host, proved to be reliable, which was essential for our work while traveling. The unit itself was exactly as advertised - clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities listed, plus a fantastic city view. Host She was exceptionally accommodating and helpful, addressing all our queries from day one and guiding us throughout our stay. We had a comfortable stay at Ms. Sophia’s unit. She was very responsive to inquiries and easy to communicate with, which made check-in smooth. The unit is spacious—perfect for small groups. We appreciated the available sofa bed, which helped us all fit in the air-conditioned room, especially since the other room only had a fan and was quite hot during our stay. The living room was also spacious, but it did get a bit too warm during the day, even with two fans running. We also encountered a few small cockroaches, which could be improved for future stays. Though the building is a bit old, the unit’s cozy and aesthetic vibe made up for it. A plus is that the unit is conveniently located near the MRT, malls, and restaurants—ideal for accessible city travel. For the price, it’s a great value. Overall, it was a decent stay with a good location and plenty of space. I would recommend it for budget-conscious travelers looking for a roomy place in the city.

I had a wonderful stay during the typhoon Carina on Ergo's place. I will definitely be booking this place again for my next trip to Ortigas.
