This apartment includes a full kitchen with all the appliances you could ever need; a queen bed and a queen sofa bed to accommodate up to two more guests. The private kitchen and bathroom were recently remodeled and the ocean view is available right from the shower and bedroom. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, parks and Old San Juan. It is fully equipped, spacious and bright. It was renovated and restored to its original design while integrating modern amenities (all bedrooms and living spaces are equipped with AC). It is furnished and designed with simple, minimal custom pieces following the less is more philosophy.
