San Juan De Los Terreros: soggiorni in alloggi con piscina

Si buscas paz y tranquilidad, desconectar del bullicio de la ciudad, la casa de Agnel es el sitio que buscas. El sitio es espectacular, ubicado en una pedanía, rodeada de chalets y casitas. Tiene un chalet precioso, muy bien cuidado, con una bonita piscina, un agradable porche y unas vistas espectaculares. Desayunar en el porche escuchando los pájaros cantar, o ver el sol esconderse al atardecer, es una sensación que no está pagada. La casa está muy limpia y cuidada. En cuanto a Agnel, es una maravillosa persona, que está muy pendiente de que tú estancia sea lo más reconfortante posible. Ha sido un finde de 10, de desconectar de la ciudad, que es justo lo que buscábamos mi pareja, mi hija y yo Muchas gracias por todo, volveremos!

Wat een fantastisch verblijf! Het huis is ruim, stijlvol en volledig nieuw ingericht, met een heerlijk zwembad, een mooie tuin en een fijne buitenruimte met BBQ. Binnen zorgt de open haard voor extra sfeer, en de keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het uitzicht is adembenemend, vooral tijdens zonsondergangen. Binnen een paar minuten lopen sta je op meerdere stranden, waaronder een prachtig zandstrand. Er zijn gezellige restaurantjes in de buurt en de omgeving is perfect om te wandelen of hard te lopen. Host Andrés is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat het verblijf nog aangenamer maakte. Echt een aanrader – we komen graag terug!

Tolle Unterkunft, mit allem was man braucht. Karen antwortet blitzschnell und das Haus ist wundervoll!! Vor allem die Dachterrasse ist absolut genial. Vielen Dank

We had a fabulous stay and are so grateful. Everything we needed, down to Shampoo and Conditioner was all there upon arrival. It is so beautifully maintained, the garden, the house, the pool and orientated to catch the sun at all points of the day. It was exactly what myself and my fanily needed, thank you!!

Egbert was really helpful before, during and after our stay. the location of the house is really good and has a variety of areas to eat out in the shade or sun. the pool has a grassy shaded area with a good selection of sun beds supplied by Egbert. the pool is a good size and never gets crowded even in August! the info book was really useful and thoughtfully put together with many useful suggestions of where to visit in the area. Although we have been visiting the area for many years we even found new places to visit. the Lunar Cable park and inflatables at the resevoir was a good morning out and our grand children loved the infatable obstacle course. there is a good snack bar on site. Get there early and allow a couple of hours only. we often eat at Triana in the Valle de Este resort as the food is great and always consistent quality. if you dont fancy a full meal you can just work your way through the tapas! great holiday, great house and great hosts! enjoy!

Had a wonderful 5 nights as a couple at Ashley's place in early/mid-October. Rarely does such thought go into making visitors so welcome and providing not only the essentials for your stay but so much more. If there's a model for how to run an Air BnB for the satisfaction of your guests then this must be it. The location is great if you like the outdoors - with hiking and cycling starting at the door. We hiked every day, both locally and in the surrounding area. The hamlet in which the property lies is very authentically Rural Spain, but close enough to the necessary amenities (10 min drive). A car is definitely beneficial for exploring. The property is spotless, has everything you need, is well thought out and has terrific views. Despite considering the matter, we could think of no flaws. Go (if you can find any availability)! Thank you Ashley.

Este es el segundo año que vamos y todo fantástico. El piso perfecto, muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. Repetiremos seguro.

La casa estaba limpia, ordenada y con todo lo necesario. El trato por parte de Paola como del hombre que nos dio las llaves ha sido bueno. La urbanizacion está muy bien, con zonas verdes y varias piscinas. Cerca de la playa.

Een hele mooie rustige locatie met veel groen. De woning is relatief nieuw, superschoon en met alle gemakken voorzien. Zelfs een zwembad binnen het complex. De communicatie met Maria verliep heel soepel en snel. Een zeer positieve ervaring en zeker een aanrader.

Très bel appartement fidèle à la description. La terrasse est superbe, même si le temps ne nous a pas permis de l’utiliser. Accueil très chaleureux

Alojamiento en estado de limpieza impecable. Ideal si lo que se busca es desconexión, buen tiempo y tranquilidad. El alojamiento posee de todo lo necesario para que puedas estar en el, como si estuvieras en casa, tanto si lo que deseas es estar más tiempo en la casa como si quieres salir a comer o cenar por allí cerca sin necesidad de coger el coche. Playa a unos 300 metros andando (zona nudista) o a 350 metros si prefieres textil. Supermercado consum muy cercano, junto con bares y restaurantes cercanas igualmente. En el apartamento hemos encontrado de todo lo necesario (íbamos con dos niños), tiene una terraza muy cómoda y un solarium grande donde por las noches se esta genial con muy buenas vistas. La urbanización está en un perfecto estado y dispone de una zona de piscina con zona verde ideal para relajarse en la que los niños disfrutaron mucho. Los pueblos cercanos, Vera, Mojacar, Villaricos, son muy bonitos. Muchas gracias por todo Javier Sin duda volveremos
