This house was absolutely perfect for our girls trip! It was right on the water, so cozy, updated and decorated beautifully! The host was so kind and flexible with us and we couldn’t be more grateful!! Would definitely come back to this adorable island anytime!

We've been staying at Julie's and Peter's place/s for close to 15 years now. They are unsurpassed in the quality of attention to detail, added amenities, and communication when it comes to vacation homes. We woke up this morning and I said, "They did it again. We walk in, we settle, and we feel like home." We don't ever feel this comfortable anywhere else, and frankly, don't want to return home. My husband thought about going out to buy a kite, and I said, "I bet there's one here." There were two! Plus, the West Beach walks with the views in every direction at this location are something else. Thank you for sharing your magic, Julie and Peter - our kids have practically grown up vacationing on Whidbey thanks to you.

This Eastsound home on Cascade Bay, adjacent to Rosario Resort, is a perfect San Juan Island getaway. Despite the resort's proximity, it's extremely quiet and private. The view of the bay and marina from the deck is wonderful, offering a picturesque backdrop. The home is comfortable, spacious yet cozy, and well-appointed with thoughtful details. The bathrooms are stocked with soaps and lotions, and the kitchen is fully equipped with herbs, spices, and cooking oils. High-quality linens, including towels, sheets, and comforters, add a touch of luxury. The location is ideal for walks and hikes, with Moran State Park nearby. We enjoyed hiking around the beautiful Cascade Lake. A minor downside was the 4 pm check-in and the lack of response to our request for an earlier check-in. However, the 10 am checkout was convenient for our ferry schedule. Travel Tip: Plan your trip to Orcas Island in advance. Secure ferry reservations through the Washington State Dept of Transportation website

Very clean, comfortable, and well-kept 2nd floor corner unit. The location is great for exploring Moran State Park and eastern side of the island. The host provided very helpful directions to the location and communication was prompt. I would happily stay here again.

Lovely stay at the Dragonfly Pond, very private and serene setting. Kitchen was well-equipped (even had a cuisinart & a kitchenaid!) and drawers were labeled for easy reference. Love the large deck space, and big dining room. Would certainly visit again soon in the future. Golf course location is mid-way between the ferry landing and the 'downtown' main street of town.

We spent Easter Sunday and another day at this magical cottage near Turtleback Mountain. It was a really beautiful setting, including tulips and other flowers blooming in the planter beds along the porch. The perfect setting for our Easter egg hunt with the kids. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a very nice couple days on Orcas Island. A very nice quiet, remote place that I would recommend to friends looking for a place to stay on Orcas.

Watched the spring begin on this lovely peaceful farm with green meadows bordered by towering trees. Watched bald eagles courting from the front patio and could lie in bed listening to the peepers peep all night long. The house has a great layout with southern exposure . Lopez Island has some of the most beautiful oceanside parks and hikes in the world.

We were very grateful for Yuri’s detailed notes regarding finding the condo, getting in, being extra careful about all the tree sap, etc. We especially loved his descriptions of the local restaurants, sights and activities!!! We followed his recommendations and had excellent meals and adventures. The place is filled with his wife’s incredible art. We both feel renewed from our week on Orcas Island!

A wonderful place to stay. Bigger than it looks in the photos. The best-stocked kitchen I've ever had at an Airbnb. Right on the beach of a quiet bay--gorgeous views, perfect for clamming and mussel-ing, boating in the provided rowboat and kayaks. There was a huge board game library which the kids adored. Thank you for making this place available!
