Bright One-Bedroom in Heart of Lopez Village

This apartment sits on the second and third floors of a colorful craftsman building that also houses Vita's Restaurant and artist studios. The deck looks out on Lopez village with water and sunset views. Bike rental, art galleries, groceries, a seasonal farmers market, and Holly B's Bakery are all a short walk away. Vita's also hosts live music on its patio twice a week June through August. The music is eclectic and fun but please note it can get loud in the apartment during the performances.

The Little Gem welcomes you to its quant charm! The Little Gem is located in the small town of Friday Harbor on the unique and beautiful island of San Juan Washington. This studio condo is positioned on the top floor of the complex and is within walking distance to the Washington State Ferries and Downtown Friday Harbor. The Little Gem has a full kitchen, full bathroom and sleeping arrangements for 2 people. The unit is equipped with AC and has free onsite parking for one vehicle.

Penthouse Suite in Town w/Beach & Park Next Door

The Admiral's Suite is one of three units in our building. It is on the top floor and offers spectacular views of Eastsound with a public park and beach just across the street. The village of Eastsound with its shops, cafes and restaurants, and galleries is a 2 minute walk from the unit. The spacious outdoor area has a dining table, BBQ, and indooor/outdoor propane fireplace. The unit has 3 bedrooms and a sofa sleeper and can accommodate up 8 guests. We require a signed rental agreement.

The Crows Nest is a charming 2nd floor studio apartment with beach access in West Sound! Enjoy fabulous water views from your private deck. West Sound's public beach and county dock are just across the street. Stairs to the beach make for easy launching of kayaks and other water sports. The studio features a very comfortable queen bed, love seat, full bath, 32' flat screen tv with Directv and gas fireplace. There is a kitchenette w/small fridge, microwave & dining set.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place in Friday Harbor. A cozy, well equipped Studio. A Queen size bed awaits with lush sheets, topper, and a duvet. Newly remodeled, you can read from a lovely chaise by the electric fireplace and make your breakfast in the Captain’s galley. The bathroom has a shower and a heated toilet seat.. Take your time…then take a 5 minute walk into Friday Harbor. Sorry not ADA compliant. Love Animals but no Pets.
