Our stay at Jed’s was grand. We felt at home. It was comfortable and cozy. Jed and Candace were friendly and helpful with recommendations. Definitely would stay with Jed and Candace at the Kokopelli Place if traveling to Utah again.

The apartment was everything we could want. The night skies gave my husband a chance to take beautiful photographs of the stars. Comfortable bed and a good kitchen to cook in. Loved the view out the windows. Our host was flexible and let us check in early. She was quick to respond to our questions.

Where do I start. The place is Huge! It's a two bedroom apartment. I wish we had two friends to enjoy it with us. Very comfortable and so well stocked with nice touches. Breakfast foods. Even a washer and dryer in the unit which was one of the reasons we chose it. There was also a carport which was so appreciated while unloading and loading the car in the rain. I would not hesitate to stay at the Treehouse suite if we find ourselves in the area again.

Me and my wife purchased a place from Tyler and rented it out for a few days, we had a situation pop up and with in just a few minutes we had Tyler on the phone with us helping find a solution! Great customer service, if we had to book a place with Tyler again we would!

Basecamp is one of the most amazing places I have ever stayed at on or off Airbnb. Tom, along with Theresa and Thomas, are gracious hosts. They make sure each guest feels welcomed throughout the stay and are happy to offer suggestions of hikes, drives or just general exploration. I got the feeling that the road's condition varies throughout the year. As of a few weeks ago it was slow going if you are not an experienced off-road driver. (I am not.) It took me 90 minutes heading in (once during the day and once after dark) and 60 minutes leaving (both daylight). But my stock RAV4 with all season tires made it with no real issues. I kept it in 2nd gear and the AWD never kicked on. That said, I would happily return to stay at Tom's place again. It is 100% worth a frayed nerve or two for me. Next time I'll just drive in once and stay there the whole time. I could wander around the property and the adjoining BLM land for days and never get bored of looking at the views.

The bungalow /apartment was attractive, clean, comfortable, well stocked and centrally located for exploring the Four Corners Area. The owner Marta is gracious, and Preston was an excellent host, keeping me up to date on all the info I needed.

Perfect stay at the “Cottages” in Bluff. Kelly and Andi were wonderful hosts that provided for every accommodation we could think of. We highly recommend them to all guests looking for a quality rest while traveling southern Utah.

Very nice place tucked in the red rocks. Very quiet and peaceful and a beautiful view of the night sky. Very dark and full of stars, the place is aptly named. The lodging is spacious and comfortable with everything you need to settle in an enjoy the quiet and beauty of nature. About ten minutes from town and easy to get there, though a bit bumpy as the road from the house to town is not paved. Only another 10 minutes from town to Capitol Reef national park and the whole surrounding area is beautiful.

My mom and I stayed at Jeremy & Staci's place about 2.5 years ago, and we remembered how well we slept and how convenient the location was, so we decided to stay again for our trip to the area this year. It was just like we remembered it! The location is a great jumping off point to see the nearest parks (Arches, Canyonlands, Natural Bridges, Mesa Verde), and once again we slept very well and were very comfortable. There is a gas station nearby which it appears is used as a overnight truck stop and there were occasionally trucks idling for a long time there, including overnight. It did not bother us in the end and we slept well despite the idling, but we could hear the trucks, especially with the windows open. Overall, however, we enjoyed our stay yet again and would recommend this property to other guests.

I visited Arches, Canyonlands (Island in the Sky & Needles) NPs, Monument Valley, Valley of the Gods for one week and Blanding was a good base for it. The cottage is charming and very comfortable, you feel right away at home. Very quiet place, nice backyard patio with grill, and the kitchen had all the needed amenities for cooking. I would love to comeback to visit the area and this cottage would be the first choice for accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful cave house. It was fun and unique. Great location for side-by-side exploring. Perfect for a couples trip. Kitchen is well stocked with all amenities, and comfortable. We had a memorable stay, we’ll be back!

This place was perfect for a family get together! There are two open areas for people to hang out, but plenty of beds and bathrooms. The place was clean and easy to get into.

The Bears Den was clean and cozy. We really appreciated having individual AC/Heat units in each room because my mother-in-law likes her room very warm but we sleep cool. One of the main reasons we chose Bears Den was because of its location and it is handicap accessible, including the shower in the master bedroom. The house was a great hub for us while exploring Monument Valley, Petrified Forest, and Valley of the Gods.

Very comfortable home. Well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the quiet location just a few minutes from town. Will look to book this the next time we visit Moab

The house was definitely clean and well equipped! It is spacious and clean with everything one could need. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit! We had an excellent stay!

House was on second floor so carried up all our luggage. House had plenty of linens and towels for our stay. Kitchen was well equipped. House does need a deep clean after being closed up . Otherwise, it suited us perfectly, plenty of room and safe neighborhood.

Bailey was a great host and I would be happy to stay again in the future
