Close to Capitol Reef, Lake Powell, San Rafael Swell, Goblin Valley, Henry Mountains, slot canyons, Mars Desert Research Station, Burpee Quarry, Swingarm City and some of the most spectacular scenery in the world. A small market & places to eat are close by.

Five futons. If you have your own sleeping bag that works fine. If not I have sheets and comforters. Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, mini fridge, grill, and coffee pot. Property is on 145 acres and about a mile of Colorado River front. Surrounded by thousands more acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the female hogan doesn't fit your needs.

Easy drive to Bears Ears National Monument, Hovenweep, Natural Bridges, Monument Valley, and the Abajo mountains. Use as a base to explore and photograph these wonderful places. The house is decorated with photographs and painted with local colors. It is a medium/small house with lots of space to spread out.
