Great and peaceful place to stay the night. They do charge an extra pet fee not clearly stated in the description. But overall a beautiful place surrounded of nature.

It was a great stay! So quiet and peaceful! Felt at home, cozy stay! Fireplace was a plus!

This was a wonderful place to stay!! cozy and warm when we arrived. Beds were incredibly comfortable!!! kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies. limited non consumables, i.e. foil, parchment paper, zip lock bags. No tvs at all. Doesn't affect my review. very comfortable place!

The ranch was very quiet and peaceful - we're glad we chose this location over downtown Moab! One of the cleanest places we've stayed and the host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Our dog appreciated being able to play with us in the open grassy areas. Would definitely stay here again!

Place was great. hot tub was a couple minutes walk from there, it is not attached to this home

I loved it. A lightbulb above the grill would be great for the nights that you want to do a bbq.

The cabin is in a lovely area just outside of Moab. The drive isn’t too far, but the location is absolutely beautiful! Well worth the short drive!! Mary was a nice host and showed our 13 year old the horses on property at the animal sanctuary. Very sweet of her! The cabin was very organized and clean, and the location was spectacular. We saw deer, nice desert scenery, and of course the horses nearby. There was a good grill we used for cooking and the stove worked well. We loved the space in the living area to hang out and talk. The bathroom was good and we had no issues with hot water or water pressure. The cabin was a really great place and I’d for sure go there again. Highly recommend

This place is great for families! We enjoyed it so much we stayed a second night. The kids love it!

We had an amazing time at Sunset retreat. The cabin was cozy, comfortable and clean. The location was great with easy access to Monticello, Canyonlands National Park and other local attractions. The property's history was the icing on the cake, it was wonderful to be able to experience a piece of American history :-) The owners, Adam and Shalena are absolutely delightful and it was a great pleasure speaking with them about the property. We would definitely like to return in the future.

10/10 amazing place. Our kids loved being there, exploring and playing on the “playground” right outside the house. Also in a prime location to see multiple sites. Took us an hour to get to Moab, 1.5 hours to Monument Valley, Canyonlands close by. We were able to do everything we wanted and didn’t have to travel very far in any direction. On top of the great home, Brett was a great host. He was so responsive and answered any questions we had as well as sent detailed directions ahead of time. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Camille was so wonderful. My 20 y/o daughter and I were going to Arches and Canyonlands partly as a pilgrimage to process something really sad for us. Camille did everything she could (and went above and beyond) to help our time be comfortable and healing. (There were even a few hidden Easter eggs on Easter morning for us to find!) The little cabin was perfect for what we needed. A comfortable bed, different choices of pillows, and though there isn't heat or AC yet, the space heater perfectly heated the space to a comfortable temperature. It was VERY nice to be able to use the toilet in our room instead of going into the campground toilets (which were steps away from the cabin but still required going out in the cold) in the middle of the night. It just was perfect for our needs. Thank you, Camille and Shad!

This house suited our family perfectly as a home base for exploring The Needles district of Canyonlands NP. The house was spacious for a family of 4 and could easily accommodate more. The mountain and golf course views were stunning. The location felt very private. The kitchen was adequately stocked for preparing meals each night. We had a great time! P.S. The home's information book about the surrounding areas, activities, places of interest, etc. was amazing.

It’s an old cabin in the woods, perfect for a 2 night stay. The home was clean, and had everything we needed for our family of 5.

We had a great stay with 2 adults and 2 kids. The location was remote and part of the journey is on unpaved road — but easy to find, and the surroundings were beautiful. Comfortable beds! Plenty of cooking tools and spices in the cabinets. Great outdoor fire pit, amazing for stargazing on a clear night. Deer everywhere, such a beautiful sight. Good wifi. Would definitely recommend for a quiet getaway about 30 minutes from Moab.

A great little cabin just outside the hustle and bustle of the main drag, well maintained, comfortable and cozy. We used it as our landing pad for Canyonlands and Arches, and it was perfect! 5-10min drive to all the restaurants in Moab.

Lovely cabin. Easy to find, even in the dark. Comfortable beds. Beautiful surroundings. Wish we could’ve stayed a bit longer.

Great spot so close to Capital Reef National Park. Easy to find. Great for my family of 4 with a bit of room to spare.

The cabin was amazing! Peaceful, beautifully surrounded and close to everything we wanted to do around Monticello.

Katie’s place was in an exceptional location. Waking up to the sun shining on the redrock canyon walls was amazing. It may be my favorite place I have woken up in a long time. The cabin is very comfortable. The shower was round which was fun with nice tile. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basics, e.g., mayo, mustard, vegetable oil, spices. There were enough pots and pans too. The location requires driving through a small river and is about twenty minutes to either Escalante or Boulder.

The mountain view and desert landscape were phenomenal. It was very peaceful with wonderful natural light. The home was comfortable and cozy with exceptional heating, hot water, and a vast library of books. The outside fire pit was a nice touch under the dark sky and countless stars. Although the property is mostly secluded, there may be the occasional person passing by (without notice) to check the water levels, etc. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here, and would highly recommend it.

A cozy, clean & well equipped cabin in a forest setting. The cabin was spotless & had lots of storage to keep luggage, gear and food out of site. They had a large binder of well organized information about local attractions & trails. A great place to relax!
