Beautiful home with a gorgeous location. Loved the openness, kitchen and decks.

The house is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach, a few restaurants and ice cream. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was great for us (we like to cook all our meals when we travel). The attached ADU didn’t impact our stay at all. The house is very private. Parking was off street, easy check in. We had everything we needed.

Air B&B was in the beautiful peaceful location. Hot tub was nice with the chilly weather. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a relaxed/chill environment.

So glad we came to stay here! Absolutely felt at home. I kept telling my wife if we could I’d buy this place right now because I loved it so much. And everything that came with the house was a HUGE plus. All the boat/water toys were a lifesaver! The host was very responsive and helpful. I asked if they had an EZ-Up and she said no but placed in order for one so I’d have one during our stay! Definitely will be returning. 10/10

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful home! It was an unforgettable experience, especially for my mom, who saw wild deer for the first time. We had a wonderful stay at Victoria’s house! The house is spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It was easy to find, and the surroundings are absolutely beautiful—only about 30 minutes from Bear Valley, and just 10 minutes to the main grocery store. Communication with Victoria was seamless; everything was clearly outlined in her messages, so we didn’t need much interaction. We had a relaxing and enjoyable time, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay. Great home for families. Big common area and dining room that was good for 6 adults and 3 kids. The big room with bunk beds was especially nice for the kids. A bit of a trek to the snow this year, but still had a great time once we got there!

David was great! Everything about the stay was a breeze. Definitely recommend. May be tough access in the winter but was beautiful in August/September. Extra praise for the upstairs bbq and balcony, and the downstairs pool table.

What a beautiful and charming cabin! We felt right at home. The cabin is really big and had plenty of beds for our group of 9. There were extra. It was nice the cabin was dog friendly. The kids had a great time in the game room & China Peak was only a five minute drive away. We enjoyed the snow and walking around the lake. Only con's was there was no dishwasher detergent and only a very limited supply of toilet paper. We almost ran out towards the end of our 3 night stay and the little market down the street didn't have any for purchase. Driving to Shaver for TP would have been a bummer!!

Base Camp is a gem! Tucked away in the woods, you can enjoy quality time with company, share meals cooked in the beautiful kitchen, and enjoy all the outdoor splendor. The EV charger was also a huge plus, we were able to explore more of town and shop around knowing we could charge up once we were back.

the host was very responsive and clear in all communications let me check in early since I had a van full of kids and they get restless quickly and offered me a late check out which definitely benefitted me to get the family packed up and head home I'll definitely be back again besides not being able to find the driveway due to the huge amount of snow which is exactly the purpose of the trip overall it was a great time

Craig's place was great for 3 families to meet up for the weekend. It was big enough to relegate the kids to the upstairs living room, while the grownups hung out downstairs. I loved cooking on the flat top of the fully commercial grade kitchen. Thanks so much for having us!

Gorgeous home with amazing view. Everything was perfect, beds were comfortable, house was clean, and very spacious home. The view of the snow covered mountain almost seemed unreal!

The cabin is lovely and we are grateful for our stay! Ashley was so easy to communicate with before, during, and after our trip. The cabin is so comfortable, immaculate, and cozy I could have stayed another week. Thank you, again.

We had such a great stay! Quiet neighborhood, clear instructions for everything, super clean, everything was labeled —-just an absolute breeze! This is a nice house for anyone looking for the quiet of the forest. Rita and Nathan give local recs for everything. We went to Murphys for meals and wine tasting and visited the local parks and state park to get some fresh air. Kitchen was so well equipped for all our meals. If you have little ones with you, this place is a godsend. They had toys, pack and play, a crib, childproof cabinets, child proof plugs, childproof furniture—it made our lives a little easier not having to chase after the kid constantly. The fireplace is non-operational and they currently don’t have a washer dryer. Both would have been nice but we were only there a short time. And Rita and Nathan said they’re in the process of renovating so that could change by the time you book. They were honestly the most helpful hosts and so responsive. Wonderful stay!

This is a spacious cabin in a beautiful spot. We loved being surrounded by snow. It did take 24 hours to warm up though the loft was always very warm. The beds were super comfy - they even had flannels sheets. Lots of room for everyone.

We had an amazing stay at Jen's place! It was easy to locate, and her check-in instructions were spot on. We visited for a weekend getaway with four families, and there was more than enough space for everyone. The kids had a blast playing pool and absolutely loved the hot tub. We even experienced some snow, which was a first for some of our guests! The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows available. We enjoyed both fireplaces and the stunning views of nature. The boys went fishing and ended up catching 18 fish! Everyone had a fantastic time, and the kids were reluctant to leave. Jen was incredibly responsive to my questions, and the house was well-stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. We would definitely love to return! Thank you for allowing us to use your home.

we loved our stay at Dominique's place. It was very conveniently located. A few mins to restaurants , rec center and the lake. The place itself was so fun!! We enjoyed the game room quite a lot. Would recommend to anyone visiting Arnold!
