(Unfortunately no watercraft is allowed on or near the dock due to HOA rules) The house features a huge living room for guests to unwind after a day in the lake and a beautiful lake view deck to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise in the morning . Home is located in nice, quiet subdivision south of Livingston.

You can also fish here all year round! Community pool/gym/dock/boat ramp/picnic area available within walking distance (~5 blocks away - Cabin is not on the water, see map). It is a beautiful cabin, within the Sam houston national forest, with a farm concept, ideal for adventurous travelers, who seek freedom in nature, has Wi-Fi in the outdoor area, directv, grill, outdoor wood stove, fire pit and more, hot water, has a Texan decoration, you can hear the sounds of birds, roosters, and all farm animals, have fresh eggs breakfast.

Private lakefront retreat

Cabin is on a lakefront and the view is amazing! Great for fishing, kayaking, and swimming. There will be free use of boats and fishing equipment. Inside the cabin is a collection of dvd movies and games for entertainment. Also, the neighborhood has a private beach (white sands) that is about 15 minute walk away.
