French doors open to a redwood deck and garden as well as views of Golden Gate Park and Ocean Beach. We are located in Sutro Heights, and are within a few minutes of the French Legion of Honor Museum, the Academy of Sciences Museum, and the DeYoung Museum. The Annex offers a quieter, more laid-back experience—perfect if you're looking to escape the late-night noise from Broadway St. The Annex has its own kitchen & cheaper laundry facilities; you'll still have 24/7 access to everything at the main building, including our front desk, lounge, and communal events.

Our light-filled lower level suite has been fully remodeled (completed Feb 2019) and includes two bedrooms (up to 4 Queen beds), a large media room with a fold-out couch bed, and one full bathroom. Total space is approximately 1000 square feet with a private entrance. Amenities include all the perks of our media room and a kitchenette. We wash all linens included Duvet covers between guests. Please see below for Coronavirus precautions we are taking to ensure complete safety for guests.
