The place is exactly like the photos. Check in & check out procedures are simple and hassel free. There is a few little stores and laundry matt across the road. The roof top pool and restaurant is very nice and can also eat downstairs in front of the pool. The apartment is away from the hustle and its so peaceful & you can easily get a side car or grab to the main action and shopping malls and it's so cheap. There is security at the main entrance so you always feel safe, even walking around outside is safe. The room was very clean and the bed is so comfortable! All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and dealing with Kaye was so easy and she's very responsive. Make sure you book this place, you won't be disappointed!!! Great apartment, has everything you need, and the area is excellent! The host was incredibly helpful — his support was beyond amazing.

What stood out for me is the really fragrant smell of the place. Christian is easy to talk to and very responsive.

Tears was the highlight of our stay here. We had minimal issues but she addressed them promptly and took accountability of these issues. The place was great, value for money and though there are areas for improvement. She also recommended a place in Arayat which was extremely beautiful. Thanks Tears

Very nice place to stay, centrally located and easy walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. There's a laundry shop next door that has a one day turnaround. There's plenty of trikes on the corner if your not into walking. The place was very clean and the shower is huge! I would recommend this stay to anyone

Super nag enjoy kami ng whole family ko. ang ganda at ang linis ng place. Super cozy ng place at nkakatamad na lumabas pag nasa loob na kami. Very accessible din sa lahat at napaka lapit pa sa mall. will definetely book your place again pag nag visit ulet kami sa pampanga.

I like the house—it feels luxurious. The neighborhood feels very safe. I also like how the utensils are complete. The Air-conditioning is great. I’d love to go back there if I get the chance.

Ms. Kixx is responsive to my queries, her place is spacious which is great for big families.

The place is superb. Super clean, spacious, has very cold AC. On top of that, you have a very thoughtful and responsive owner as well as caretaker. Overall, this place exceeded our expectation and we really enjoyed our stay. This will now be in our list of places to consider on our yearly visit in Pampanga.

fun pickleball weekend with friends! bedrooms were fairly comfortable but we spent most of the time outdoors (pickleball, pool, bonfire, veranda). host is very responsive and caretakers were accommodating. thank you TG Residences!

Extended our stay in Clark and we’re glad we found this place! The host is very responsive. The unit is clean, has a nice view, a comfortable bed and sofa, cold aircon, good lighting and even a humidifier. My only concern is the table in front of the cabinet, it’s almost broken and should be disposed of. The legs are unstable and the surface is no longer straight. Thank you for accommodating my last minute request. 😊

Super happy with our stay! The host was really easy to talk to—quick replies and even helped us change our booking date with no problem at all. The room was spacious, clean, and super comfy. Everyone from the kids to the seniors had a great time! There were so many things to do—board games, PSP, videoke—you won’t get bored. Plus, check-in was a breeze thanks to the clear instructions. Would definitely book again!

The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The place was nice, has complete amenities with three pools, gym, and rooftop deck. The owner was very accommodating when we accidentally left an item behind, they kindly agreed to deliver it back. Will definitely come back in the future.

My Family really loves the location specially these units of Luz and Antonio, that’s why keep on coming back, and will always comeback for all our clark vacations. Building - People here are very respectful. Koreans in this S3 Building knows when to shut the noise/loud talkings once they entered the building specially the elevators. I feel like they are very pinoy in this building. 😅 Water - high pressure at all times. Shower all you want. Parking - A LOT of spots/slots. Just be mindful this place is very peaceful so be easy of accelerators if you have loud mufflers. 🙌 Security - Highly secured, friendly guards. 😊 Unit and CR - super clean, no bad odors from plumbing/sewer lines. AC - super cool. No bad odors, can’t smell any. ❤️ Curtains - Can really blackout the place if you want some extended sleep at day time. 🛌 Balcony - super relaxing, fresh air.😌 Laundry machine - new and easy to use.
