Additional restaurants are across from the pier- The Pierside ( delicious fine dining), La Galetta Creperie (Yum!), Bear Cost coffee and pastry shop, a coffee and ice cream shop, a small convenience store and gift shop are all there in the pier area. There is a beautiful scenic walking trail right along the beach. It's about a 1 1/2 miles to north beach and about the same distance south to Calafia beach. Unit is located in a small condo complex, in a quiet neighborhood, 1 bedroom one bath unit, fully furnished, kitchen equipped. Elevator from garage to each floor. Laundry facility available in parking garage, one space for parking .The swimming pool is right out the front door for an alternate to the beach, bar-b-que in the pool area. Utensils for bar-b-que in drawer under oven. Friendly people, stress-free living, and near I-5 for quick access to San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles. Amtrak and Metrolink rail service within one block for added convenience. Additional amenities: ice chests, beach chairs, boogie boards, lounge chair, beach towels provided. Only five blocks down the hill to the pier and only blocks from a local grocery stores, and all restaurants downtown SC . Plenty of other places to visit like Laguna Beach in Dana point , the coastline is like the south of France in this location with a touch of Spanish Ole Hanson !
