The home is a spacious open concept, yet has cozy privacy for each guest bedroom. The interior decor is refined rustic and has furniture and accents that reflect the natural landscape. There are two bedrooms/1 bath up and a master bed and bath downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped and there are 2 decks for outdoor activities.

We are 5 miles from beautiful lake Sam Rayburn. You can fish all day or evening, come home to a fish cleaning station for your catch. Plenty of room to park and charge your boat to be ready for the next day. Private deck/grill and sitting if you choose to cook your meal. Clean hot shower. Living area very clean with large screen TV/movies or books if you choose to read. Queen size bedding for a great nights rest. Very quiet with only the cows, birds and squirrels

The cottage is on 42 acres and there is plenty of space for your bass boat .Recently we added rv electric and water hook up. We also have a historic building on-site that was once a drug store and is now being used to make outdoor pillows, aprons, and more.
