Нам понравилось проживать у Teko, заселение было простым и удобным. В квартире полноценная кухня, хорошая кровать, нормальный интернет, и нам понравился дизайн, в ней ариятно находиться. Расположение для тех у кого нет машины тоже удачное, близко магазин и основная дорога..

Lasha’s Apartment is located in Panorama Mgzavrebi complex on rooftop, therefore Apartment is well warmed and heating system works well. Nikora big supermarket 24/24 is just next to building were you can buy any product. Lasha was good in communication I would recommend apartment to any vistor or family, it could easily accomodate 4-5 persons.

Все было отлично заселились в новый год, провели щикарные 2 ночи есть бассейн 10 лар час с человека. Рядом два курорта с подьемниками кристал и дидвели, есть доставка еду в номера с ресторана при отеле, балкон вид на горы, все соответствует описанию

Me and my family (4 people) stayed in apartment for 7 days. In general the experience was great: good location near the crystal track, restaurants, grocery and spa. You can catch a bus in around 100m from apartment. Internet and TV work well. It is clean, quite and warm inside. No smoke smell. Enough towels. Host is very responsive and helpful. There are several tiny things which can be improved. I was missing dishwashing liquid, sponge, salt, pepper and oil for cooking. The pan needs to be renewed. I think that host can easily fix those for next people. In conclusion I would recommend this aparment for a good family stay in Bakuriani.

这次入住Anna的滑雪小木屋非常满意！房间配套非常齐全，厨房用具、暖气、Wi-Fi等一应俱全。小木屋的装饰也很温馨，给人一种家的感觉。最让我惊喜的是窗外的风景，早上醒来就能看到雪山和树林，简直像一幅画！ 唯一需要注意的是，小木屋的位置稍微高了一点，需要走一些楼梯才能到达，尤其是带着行李时可能会有点吃力。不过，考虑到这个价格和整体的入住体验，这点小困难完全可以接受。 总的来说，这是一次非常超值的入住体验，推荐给喜欢安静、自然风景的朋友！如果下次再来滑雪，一定会再次选择这里。

The big apartment .very good location. near to everything. Konstantine is a very responsible and hospitable person. We liked the stay very much and recommend it to everyone especially to family with kids.

Все отлично! Продумано и по-домашнему. Чисто. Отличное расположение. Просторно уютно и тепло. Кровати удобные белье чистое. Давид всегда на связи, отзывчив к просьбам, немедленно решает все вопросы. Спасибо за гостеприимство. Приедем ещё.

Второй раз арендовал это жилье. В этот раз отмечал здесь Новый год с друзьями. Приятно порадовало украшение жилья: гирлянды, мишура и ёлка. В общем хозяева очень постарались обеспечить праздник комфортом и уютом, я за это очень благодарен и очень ценю эту заботу! При посещении Боржоми буду продолжать останавливаться только в этом доме и всем рекомендую :)

Nice house suitable for quite big company. We were celebrating new year and the house was lovely decorated! The location is also good, in a quiet place, however near from the ski activities.

We rented the entire house, and it matched the photos and our expectations. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which made our stay comfortable. The house was warm even during an unusually cold April, the furniture was cozy, and the view from the balconies and terrace was beautiful. Unfortunately, the terrace furniture wasn’t covered from rain or snow, so we couldn’t use it during our stay — everything was wet. Communication with the host was also an issue. I messaged Eto before arrival to ask how to get into the house, but didn’t get a response, and his phone was unreachable. Thankfully, a woman from a nearby hotel helped us contact him and find the key. I messaged him again when we left, but again received no reply. If the terrace furniture had been covered and the check-in/check-out process more clear, my experience would have been entirely positive. I can still recommend this place, and suggest the host improve communication and consider covering the outdoor furniture.

Great apartment in the B1 Kohta building - with 1-2 minutes walking distance directly from the room (by lift) to the Kohta Ski lifts. Private parking, great heated room - really recommend !!!

Great apartment and location. Bright and clean, the apartment has everything you need. The host is very friendly and responsive. There are many restaurants and groceries nearby. SPAR supermarket is across the street. If you travel with kids during winter, this is a great place to stay. The park where kids can play is right behind the building.
