Fantastic, new and well-maintained apartment in the middle of Sukhumvit. Because of the low-rise building, do not expect superior views. However, there are so many good things about this place that I would return anytime.

Carl was a great host. I enjoyed my stay very much. There is great restaurants just outside of the condo. Its a very lively area 5 min walk towards scenespace. There is a 7-11 right across the condo which was extremely helpful! Thanks again for the lovely stay.

Nice and big house. Microwave, fridge, washing machine, dryer, air fryer, water boiler all included. This house have everything we needed. Room Aircond cold enough. Cooler fan at living room. We sleep four persons. The price so worth it for four of us. This place very safe. At night many food sell at the junction. Thai hotpot and chicken rice so yummy and price so cheap.

Fantastic location, fantastic Host, great value! The location of this condo can't be beat! You're 20 meters from the BTS station and downtown in 15 minutes. The area has plenty of local shops from restaurants to salons, 7-11 across the street, and a decent mall with two grocery stores and lots of restaurants just a 10 minute walk away. The photos and description of the condo are accurate. Although it's beside the BTS Skytrain line, you seldom hear noise inside. Great gym with all the standard machines and equipment, pool area is clean and quiet, with shade in some areas in the afternoon. Chanwis was a superb Host! Always available within the hour, and helpful to fix any issue. My access card stopped working, and Chanwis had a replacement card available in no time. He was always polite and professional. Given the location and amenities, along with Chanwis' support, this condo is one of the best values in Bangkok. I've already booked again for next winter. 👍

The apartment is in old building, but the inside is totally renovated and nice. I love the place, it's close to everywhere, only need Grab or Bolt if you are lazy to walk. I am impressed on how Matt provides spotless white hand towel and bathroom mat. He even provides laundry detergent and snacks ! Overall I'm satisfied. Thanks Matt !

Everything was perfect. Location is amazing, just 10 mins walk away from khaosan party area Only issue was a lingering toilet smell near the bathrooms Otherwise the place was ideal

I had a wonderful two-week stay at Max’s place. The accommodation was very clean, and everything we needed was perfectly prepared. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, and there were absolutely no bugs. Max responded quickly to all our requests and handled everything proactively. He was truly kind and nice. If I visit Bangkok again, I will definitely stay at Max’s amazing place!

The house was perfect for my family of 5. It's interior was beautiful, clean and organised, just like the pictures. Everything that we needed was available and more. Truly felt like being back at my own home. It's close enough to the busy street of Sukhumvit Rd, where everything is available, yet far enough from the sounds of the busy Sukhumvit Rd. Our stay there was quiet and peaceful. A definite recommendation to stay at Mint's if you are visiting Bangkok with a large family. Looking forward to stay again at Mint's on my next trip to Bangkok in the near future.

Patty’s place was perfect for our family. Great location as easy to walk to restaurants. We really enjoyed our time at her place.

Initially, I was heavily skeptical because the photo just looked too good and maybe the place wouldn't match the description. But I was extremely wrong. This place not only has a living space that completely blew me away with handcrafted furnitures, but everything is extremely well kept and clean, not to mention the amazing hospitality that we received from both K'Tum and Ed that makes us feel extremely welcomed with their souvenirs, complimentary drinks and breakfast. The best thing about this place is probably the kitchen because there really is every kitchen utensils or tools you need to cook for your family or loved ones, not to mention the vast amount of beautiful plates within the cabinets that elevated our Valentine's date even more. We are extremely delighted to have found, stayed, and enjoyed Rumor has it and will probably come back again in the near future!

Jenny’s place is extremely spacious. Lots of bathrooms, plenty of space, smoking area, private parking. It’s also a heaven for stair lovers😉. Jenny has been of great help - replying instantly and yummy breakfasts that were delivered to us each morning made us feel very welcomed. Thank you Jenny. Wishing you all the best.

Cadre de vie assez incroyable dans Bangkok. Très bon accueil, particulierement chaleureux..La famille de Sirichan est très gentille et disponible. Très bons conseils et accompagnement lors de notre séjour. Un immense merci pour cette belle immersion dans le quartier des klongs.

Ami and her team were very friendly host and made our stay very memorable. They were helpful und always responded very quickly. The apartment was spotless and had all we needed. The rooftop infinity pool has an amazing view! In Bangkok you do have to travel a little bit around town generally, luckily the metro station is really close. I would gladly comeback in the future.

Had a good stay at Fufus apartment, good location and easy to get around, good communication with Fufu. The apartment itself and the furnitures inside are a bit dated but still working ok, maybe some update will make it better. Thanks very much for hosting me!

Second stay in the room. As described, very spacious and comfortable. It is only 5 minute walk to MRT Suthisarn. Enjoyed the nearby massage store, delicious food and convenient stores nearby ( 7 eleven, family mart, lotus express etc.) I will come back again :):)

We loved staying at Panidhi’s place! Great location, just a short walk to Sukhumvit, with a calmer atmosphere. The apartment was exactly as described, super clean, and communication with Panidhi was fast and easy. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed my stay at this property. P’ Pimnara was nice to greet me and show me the apartment. It may not be a huge apartment but definitely cosy. The nearest BTS is a bit of a walk and may be a bit difficult to walk to if you have a lot of luggages as the side walks are not big enough. However it is near many amenities. 7-11, Pharmacy, Big C Supermarket, Starbucks and many others. When I arrived at the property, it was 3 days after the earthquake that happened in Myanmar. While there are some superficial cracks, it is very safe and comfortable. The building security is also strict, which is good - for the safety of the residence. The toilet is spotless, the house is clean, the fridge works well, the television too and I think most importantly, bed is comfortable. I had a good stay here and without a doubt will be back again whenever I am able to book it for a trip to Bangkok. Thank you again for the space to feel home.

What a fantastic stay at Srilaksana’s place! This condo has everything you need for a stay in Bangkok. The pool is even more beautiful than the pictures, the gym is great, you can get a full workout in. The staff are all friendly, we always took the BTS when we went into the city as it comes often and it’s right outside the condo. Our host would always reply immediately for any questions. Thanks so much for the lovely stay here, we really appreciate everything! Also the grab food pickup point is so nice! You just order, go downstairs and the food is safe in a box.

The room is lovely with much sunlight, provided all the necessary basic needs.
