Great place, great hospitality, great people. The best place to stay in Samarkand. I definitely recommend it to everyone and definitely will return. Thanks to a great host and one of the nicest people to interact with (both Mr Otabek and his brother). Best experience ever. Thank you.

The flat was huge and in excellent condition. Everything what was needed was provided. Davlat even let us store our luggage in the flat on the next day to explore the city before we left. All in all the accomodation is very recommendable.

The area had a problem with water pipes at the weekend we stayed. However Azik kindly organised a spa visit for us. He responds quickly and communicates well. We had a great time in Samarkand!!

Каартира супер! Всем остались довольны! Так же хозяин сам встретил на вокзале ( бесплатно) прибывали в полночь и после заселения ещё свозил до магазина! Всё супер ! Рекомендую!!!

Beyza’s helped me a lot with late 2AM check it, added me on personal messenger (green one), and waited for my arrival. He showed me the flat, gave sightseeing recommendations, and even allowed to keeps luggage after the check-in until the evening, so I could explore the city freely. I loved sleeping on the traditional Uzbek kurpacha bedding, my back felt great and stretched in the morning. Flat has two rent-out rooms, clean kitchen and bathroom. Apartment also had the map with sightseeing locations, I appreciate the adventure spirit! Recommend to all fellow travelers.
