Lake Fork is regarded as one of the premier largemouth bass fisheries in the state of Texas and for the entire country. We have a cozy cabin with a full kitchen. We offer WIFI and streaming. Enjoy sitting on the screened in porch and looking at the beautiful tall trees and listening to the birds and nature. There is ample parking and a covered place for your boat with electricity. Coffee Creek Landing is 2.3 miles from us to launch your boat. There are 3 flat screen TVs with streaming options.

Tackle Box Cottage

Tackle Box Cottage is a cozy and quaint 100 year old home. The cottage has been completely renovated, but still retains its original charm. The hardwood floors and ceilings were restored, and I kept as much of the shiplap as possible. TBC has enough parking to accommodate 2 trucks with fishing boats. TBC is located about 7.5 miles west of Winnsboro, TX which is a cultural arts district and a Main Street Town. It is close to several Lakes including Lake Fork. Children 5 and older are welcome.

Maybe I'm a little partial, but I really have to pinch myself when I go visit Callie's cottage. Imagine...a beautiful country road, quiet except for the occasional sound of a cow. A cottage tucked into an abundance of trees, wrap around porch, flagstone firepit area, patio lights strung across the yard, antique mantle with gas fire, crystal chandelier, beadboard from an 1800's farmhouse, a tub big enough for two, the lushest bedding, classical music plays, sweets served. Deep sigh.

Tiny House on the Prairie

You’ll treasure your memorable getaway at this unique Tiny House on the Prairie. This brand new cabin in the country includes a full kitchen, full bath, one queen size bedroom on the main floor, and three beds - one queen and two twin - in the open loft area. This romantic loft has a 4 ft. ceiling in the middle with dormers on both sides. There's also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room on the main floor. Spend time taking in the country air on our large front porch.

You’ll love it because it is tucked away on 75 acres only a mile from the city limits, The Place has a professional kitchen, beautiful views of oaks, a private pool, a bunk room with six beds, a private double room, a game room, balcony, and swimming pool.
