It has direct access to the sea and the main road, is located very close to the wonderful traditional settlement of Nikiti and provides private parking in a 1000 square meter garden, exclusively for guests. Villa kladi is located in the middle of our olive grove, on the border with the forest. Only for nature lovers "including its guests and rumors". To get to our house be ready for a mini off-road about 1km,(any car can come),between fragrant flowers, wild flowers and olive trees and sometime sheeps as well. The nearest beach can be reached by car in 5 min.The house have a really beautiful view to the sea

You cook outside, watching the boats passing by and the seagulls chasing the fish. Now, it's time for drawings and board games. Chrysanthemum is a one-storey, independent house, under the tennis court n the compound NIKOMARIA. It is on a height of 60 m and the view to the sea is spectacular.
