Was wonderful for our anniversary get away weekend. Short 30 minute drive to Hot Springs where all the tourists attractions and stuff were at. Very beautiful view perfect for morning coffee on the porch. Mark was very kind and responded quickly to any questions we had.

I thought it was great! I am retired army and I have PTSD. I am also a first time author and I need a quiet place to write. I stayed in the place for two days without leaving and just eating what I brought. Very quiet. Sometimes internet goes out but that is because it it remote; internet also returns.

This place was great! Plenty of space and great location. I was here on business and felt as if I was home and not out of town. Loved how walkable it was to everywhere I needed to go. Will definitely stay here again!

This feels larger than the photos. Lots of separate areas for dining, sleeping or relaxing. The outside patio was a plus!

I had a lovely evening here after working in Little Rock. I’ll be returning in a few weeks for work and I shall stay here again. I would recommend this for a new one traveling to the area.

Sarah's place was clean, comfortable , and in walking distance to many attractions. Sarah was very nice and accommodating.

Great stay close to downtown!

This place was spotless, safe, & convenient. The only downfall was the WiFi & the bathroom was small (knees touching bathtub on the toilet 😅 I’m 5’ 6”) we would absolutely stay here again if we come back to hot springs!

Great spot. Cute and comfy. Water got super hot which was a plus. They also had provided a water filter in the fridge which was much appreciated. Location was excellent— we walked to downtown for dinner each night. Hosts were responsive and helpful.

Great stay within walking distance for a concert at Simmons Bank Arena!

Great place! Very private and quiet! Host was so friendly and helpful! Great communication. Did little extra things to make it nice. Really liked my stay! Would definitely stay again!

It is perfect for 2 people, and they are pet friendly. It is as close as you can be to the main strip without being on it. It is extremely quiet and peaceful there. We would definitely stay there again if we do not go with kids.

Enjoyed our stay at Kim’s place. Right on the water, very peaceful and tranquil. Close to golf and the Balboa beach and marina. Would definitely stay again.

I love this place!

We recently stayed at Residences in Little Rock and were thoroughly impressed. The design and attention to detail throughout the property were outstanding, creating a comfortable and stylish atmosphere. The location was perfect—just steps away from the conference area, great restaurants, and downtown event spaces. Everything we needed was within walking distance. While we were a bit disappointed that the rooftop was closed for maintenance during our stay, we still enjoyed the amenities available. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting downtown Little Rock.

Wonderful stay! Came for Little Rock marathon weekend and this was a perfect location! Easy to get to the race and the rooftop hot tub felt amazing on tired legs. I would highly recommend. The communication was very good and they were very responsive.

Very close to everything HOT SPRINGS! Super spacious with the bonus room that also has a TV!

We enjoyed another great stay at Dennis’s place! We enjoyed the upgraded hot tub and noticed the new bigger flat screen TV. As always Dennis was quick to respond to any request or concern. He is very personable and friendly as we ran into him coming in the first night and he quickly asked if we needed anything. Keep in mind there is no thermostat but a quick message to Dennis and he’ll adjust it for you. And the stairs/driveway going down are a bit of trek if you’re an older person. Overall it’s a beautiful quiet well kept area that makes for a wonderful little get a way. We definitely would stay again!

Linda was absolutely amazing and showed great hospitality. Everything was as listed and very very clean. It was definitely worth every penny spent and it was the most comfortable place outside of my home and a safe place to stay. Exquisite home 5 stars for sure ⭐️
