everything was super nice, only thing was the charger didnt work which was very bummed out, but overall house is super spacious and nice, plenty of room for family and friends! mason was helpful & communicative!

The home was clean and very spacious. I was concerned about the cold weather but the house was so cozy. The pool was so close to us and very clean. The hot tub was wonderful. I loved that the home was so close to the water and we could hear the waves crashing. Everything about the home was amazing.

A minor issue with our original reservation was quickly resolved by the PowerWest Team. They responded immediately and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and had a perfect trip. The unit is a beautiful, well equipped condo with spectacular ocean front views. We will definitely visit again and stay with PowerWest.

We've been coming to Seascape for over 20 years now and this was one of the better locations for our family. It had grass access and beautiful ocean views. The kids loved the little seating area. Overall the location and space was everything we needed and more.

I rented this house to celebrate my birthday with friends and it was such a beautiful, well sized space. The views were gorgeous and the accommodations were unique and perfect for what we needed. Overall such an amazing stay and would definitely consider coming back again.

Really enjoyed our 4 night stay in Santa Cruz. The house was perfect for 2 families with young kids. The 2nd living room really worked well for allowing the kids to have their own space whilst the adults relaxed. The house is a short walk from the beach and there are some nice food options close by. This house will definitely be an option for any future Santa Cruz trips.

It had everything we could possibly need, and every room having its own bathroom was a huge plus.
