The Old Sunday School is located in the picturesque and peaceful village of Harrowbarrow with stunning views of the Tamar Valley and beyond. The Grade II listed former Wesleyan Sunday School retains many of its original features and has been recently refurbished to a high standard with a contemporary interior including a large ensuite bedroom with dressing area and glass partition giving a mezzanine feel to the beautiful open-plan living space. The studio cabin is not overlooked so you can completely relax and enjoy the tranquil setting. As an ideal winter break, there is a wood burning stove and radiator to keep you warm in the colder months.

Woodlands is a four-bedroom home that sleeps up to seven people, set in an idyllic and tranquil location overlooking the water. Nestled into the woodland above North Sands beach, visitors to Salcombe have a unique opportunity to stay in a property that has been an iconic fixture for generations. The house offers a stylish lounge, a games/ TV room and an elegant dining room. There is plenty of outside space to enjoy, coffee on the patio, hide and seek amongst the trees or lunch on the lawn.

Cosy One bedroom semi detached annex with private parking and garden. Our cottage is perfect for a quiet winter break storm chasing or a lovely summer break by the sea. Situated near the South West coast path and walking distance (20mins walk 1 mile) to pubs and beaches at Hope Cove and South Milton Sands. Salcombe and Kingsbridge less than 10 mins drive away! We are very happy for you to bring dogs but we request that they are not left at home unattended and that you clean up after them.

Set in unspoilt countryside with great sea views and easy access to the local beaches and the costal walk . Very Large open space with high ceiling , large windows, walk out on the garden for stunning views overlooking the sea. Inside area includes one king size double bed and one smaller four poster double, An en-suite all inclusive shower room, dining table, big wood-burner, large wall mounted surround sound TV with Netflix, comfortable seating areas. BBQ area with great views.

Lovely Studio Apartment with Off-road Parking

Self contained studio apartment with your own entrance at the front of Aloha off the drive. Located in a quiet part of town at the top of the hill, it’s a scenic 10 min walk down to the town where you can enjoy coastal views, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Parking is off-road with additional space for trailer storage by separate arrangement/cost. The room is equipped with a small kitchenette and an en-suite with shower. If you cannot manage the hill, please ask if you would like a lift.

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.
