It was great meeting Samson in Saipan. I feel very welcoming by Samson and his family and their very friendly Taiwanese friends. I didn't get to stay at their house due to some arrangements change, but I am looking forward to seeing him, his parents and friends, and hopefully, I will be able to stay at their house next time I visit Saipan again.

Convenient location; Helpful staff; Great restaurant; Easy access to supermarket; Laundry is good; Shower facility could be improved; Temperature of water at shower varies. Thanks a million!

Such an amazing time! When I arrived, Shey gave me a quick tour of the place and the lay of the land. The unit was great: modern w/all of the amenities you could want and access to an infinity pool w/a fantastic view. It was perfectly located within a few minutes drive of the island’s main town, but still secluded, quiet, and peaceful. Highly recommend if you’re in Saipan - great hosts and great place to stay!

my family stayed a whole week at the Lily's villa, particularly satisfied with the private pool, which works for both kids and adults. the pool has a deepest spot way deeper than the usual adults height. air conditioning works well, as well as every other facilities, but washing machine needs a bit of a care though. great day view and greater sunset view, no need to go out for that. plenty of chairs and tables and beach beds. bbq was provided and it was awesome, but you might need a gas torch instead of lighter fluids, to make the fire faster.

Had an amazing time, area is beautiful, bed and pillows was the softest I had had in a while!

This is an amazing place that is located in the heart of Garapan. You don’t need a car to get to most places, like the beach, cafes and restaurants, stores, etc. Also, the host is extremely helpful, and my friends and I were satisfied with everything. No complaints at all!

It's a lovely accommodation and the hosts make you feel right at home. The view is great. It's difficult to find at first but Marivic gives clear instructions on how to get there. Don't trust Google maps or you'll end up at the neighbors house.
