Or just a few steps outside the back and you're enjoying the endless beaches of Alligator Point. 2 bedrooms, a bunkroom & 2 baths. 8 guests limit. And while a pet is allowed, there is $120 fee.

Relax to a simpler life that hasn't given way to high-rises and commercialism. Great local restaurants are 15 minutes from your doorstep. Tallahassee airport is a 50 minute drive. Located in St. James in Franklin county, you are 44 miles from the Tallahassee airport, it is convenient to a big city, while set in a quiet, rural beach area. You are only minutes from St. James Golf club, Carrabelle (7 miles away with public beach), St. George Island, Panacea and Apalachicola. Swimming not recommended (more like a bay).

The gorgeous beach that it sits on lends a heavenly setting for indoor/outdoor entertainment.
