Very close to the historical village of St Paul, ideally located 7 minutes from Polygone Riviera (large shopping center), 20 minutes from Nice airport, a nice modern house, set on 1200 m2 of land with a heated swimming pool ( may to sept) . Terrace of 100 m2 with pergola and outdoor kitchen (Plancha). Many activities possible with families. Very nice discoveries with the neighboring villages.
