Double bedroom close to Country Park in Clive Vale

My friendly detached home is close to the Hastings Country Park and within easy reach of Hastings Old Town, the beach and the town centre. Hastings Station is approx. a 40 mins walk and Ore Station is approx. a 25 mins walk. The Conquest Hospital is a 10 mins drive away. Hastings is a hilly town and my home is a lovely walk down to the Old Town but be prepared for the walk back up the hill; the bus route is very close by. There is free on road parking. Please do not park across my driveway

An artistic retreat 5 mins walk to the sea

Our house is a converted shop, built in 1830. We live five minutes walk from the sea and cafes, restaurants, cinemas and art galleries on fashionable Norman Road. We serve croissants, butter and jam or marmalade and coffee and tea for breakfast and there are tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom. The bedroom has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, writing desk, chair and very comfortable double bed and a stylish en-suite shower room. We do not share our kitchen with Airbnb guests.

Wickham Manor - William Penn Wing

Our beautiful William Penn Wing comes with a lounge and two large rooms. The dining area does not have a kitchen but does include a fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, cutlery, crockery and seating. Upstairs you will find the William Penn Suite, a very large room with a sofa area and king sized four poster bed with en suite. Named after the founder of Pennsylvania who once lived here, It’s located in our 16th century country house, which is a 20 minute walk from the Beach.

Holly Cottage is a charming, grade two listed cottage with lots of character and a cosy feel. It is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty in the village of Iden, East Sussex. The village store is a short walk away and is loved by locals. Rye Station and historic town with great shops/restaurants is a 7 minute drive, while Rye Harbour/Nature reserve or Camber Sands beach is a 15 minute drive. The wonderful Tillingham Winery/Vineyard is only an 8 minute drive away.
