This luxurious two bedroom cottage is right beside the sandy beach. There is a spacious open-plan lounge (inc wood-burner) and dining area. The two double bedrooms have built-in wardrobes on the ground floor and stairs to a mezzanine suitable for children with two single sofa-beds. The kitchen is fully equipped including a washer, drier, fridge freezer and all crockery and cutlery. The ground floor bathroom has bath (with shower), sink & WC. Outside is a large family garden, table & chairs.

It's only 20 min walk going along the seafront boulevard to Hastings and slightly further along the Old Town of Hastings and plenty of fishermongers by the Jerwood Gallery. There is so much to do and see in the area.

Short drive to Eastbourne and Sovereign harbour with many shops, pubs and restaurants. Minimum 2 nights stay, prices will vary for school holidays and seasons. We cannot accommodate dogs at the house as there is too much wear and tear both in the house and the garden.
