Excellent location and a perfect Airbnb experience! Spacious, super clean, had everything you could need. Would be comfortable for a long stay. Walkable to tons of restaurants, cafes, and nightlife, yet on a quiet peaceful street that feels safe even at night. Would absolutely stay here again.

I had an extended work trip for a month, and it was easy to feel right at home. Loved walking into fresh flowers, great snacks, and a beautiful, clean space— exactly as pictured! For extended stays, the kitchen is equipped with quality appliances and everything you may need. Richard even had a cleaning service scheduled halfway through my stay, which was a great refresh and reset for the second half of the trip. I have nothing but great things to say. The area is quiet, residential and walkable. Will definitely be keeping Richard’s place in mind for the future!

Carlos and Lynn's 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit was great. Very comfortable, with good amenities, TVs in every room, a nice, well-appointed kitchen, terrific bathroom towels and large shower, and ample space for everyone. His responsiveness was excellent, and his communication was spot on. I highly recommend this unit.

Lovely and cozy place - such a wonderful stay! Tania & Fred are both amazing, and spared no efforts in helping us through our time there (including an early check in, so we could drop our luggage!).

Maggie’s house was perfect for our family getaway! You can’t beat this location. It was a quick walk to Eastern Market metro and tons of local shopping/dining options, yet the street was peaceful and quiet. We were able to spread out and relax as a family of three with two dogs. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Maggie was responsive and helpful from booking and through our stay. 10/10, would book again.

We had a great time staying here. The location was awesome, a fun walk to the Metro via the Messianic Memorial. It was great family place, lots of room, a full kitchen (we cooked Easter Dinner there!). Couldn't have been more pleased!

This was a great location to explore DC with our group of friends. It’s a short drive to the other areas of DC. There is are stores, restaurants, and a fantastic coffee shop/bakery nearby. The space is perfect for a small group. The beds re comfortable and the curtains block the light well. Fantastic shower in the upstairs bathroom. Great communication and details for all needs.

my family and I had an amazing time at Julia's place. She is an amazing host and the house was well furnished and we really enjoyed our 11 day stay there. look forward to coming back again.

Celia's rental went beyond our expectations. The host was extremely accommodating regarding everything from the check-in process, snacks, visitor/tourist information to the simple check-out. The location could not have been better, which is one block from the Metro station and an easy walk to Capitol Hill. House was great with space for everyone whether we gathered for a meal or game wanted to spread out. Super easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. GREAT coffee shop and a few gems of restaurants and shops-we were definitely there in off season and the town was not fully opened - lots of opportunity in the town and lots of places getting opened for the season! Would be a great place for a quick summer getaway

Stayed at Isin’s home while doing business in the area. Great location that is walkable to Old Town Alexandria where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this location.

We had an amazing stay.. the place was exactly as described and very close to all the main tourist spots . Great place to stay if you have young kids too.
