Saint-Julien-les-Rosiers: soggiorni in alloggi con lavatrice e asciugatrice

Grand appartement propre où l'on se sent bien grâce à une décoration chaleureuse. La surprise est la terrasse toujours ombragée (grand parasol) qui permet de profiter du beau temps. Le quartier est calme et à quelques minutes à pied du centre. Une boulangerie, boucherie dans la rue et un petit supermarché à 2 minutes. Une grande télé avec netflix qui ravit les enfants.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Nîmes. Le logement de Boris était idéalement situé pour tout faire à pied, même avec un enfant. L'appartement était impeccable, spacieux, joliment décoré et très fonctionnel. Nous avons pioché les idées resto/balades dans le guide d'accueil disponible à notre arrivée et avons été ravis ! Nous recommandons cette adresse avec plaisir ! Notons également que Boris a été très réactif dans tous nos échanges, ce qui contribue grandement à voyager en toute sérénité. Un grand merci !

Très bel appartement. Très contente de notre séjour. Près du centre ville nous avons pu visiter la ville de Nîmes sans problème. Appartement très propre. Tout était bien détaillé de la part des hôtes. Nous reviendrons sans problème

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce petit studio. Il est situé dans une magnifique résidence et dans un quartier calme. Super simple pour garer la voiture dans la rue, il y a toujours des places disponibles. Le logement est également très moderne et très confortable et agréable. Nous devions rester une semaine et au final nous n’avions pas hésiter à renouveler une autre semaine tellement le bien était super ! Je recommande :)

We really enjoyed our stay in Nimes! The location was very convenient and we found we had everything we needed--iron, laundry, hair dryer, etc. Our only inconvenience was that the air conditioning was not very effective, and it was quite hot during our visit. But other than that, everything was wonderful! We especially appreciated how responsive and communicative the hosts were. They even went out of their way to find us a fan to use. The terrace was beautiful and we enjoyed lots of time outside.

Este lugar es cómodo y se encuentra estratégicamente ubicado, de allí se pueden visitar todos los lugares emblemáticos caminando. Charlotte siempre está pendiente. Recomiendo este lugar si el objetivo es hacer turismo Nimes.

Le logement correspond parfaitement au descriptif. L'environnement est très calme, en pleine campagne. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Martine. A recommander pour les amoureux du calme, de la campagne. Idéal pour se ressourcer !

la maison d'anais est parfaite pour se reposer et profiter de la nature. maison ancienne mais rénovée (juste ce qu'il faut pour garder son style). le paysage est à couper le souffle et les hôtes très sympathique.

Idéale pour des vacances entre amis / famille. La proximité de la piscine avec la terrasse invite au farniente toute la journée. La maison est idéalement située par rapport au village (très chouette) et aussi par rapport au Pont du Gard, à Uzes, …

Super emplacement pour de belles randonnées au départ du gîte. Endroit paisible, calme en pleine nature, correspondant à notre attente.

A wonderful house very close to the centre of Nîmes, yet on a quiet street with a private a peaceful garden with a lovely pool. We were there in December/January so it was quite cold, but a few of us managed a few cold plunges in the pool, and one of us went in every day! Everything was very clean and comfortable, lovely comfy beds and it was equipped with anything you could possibly need. We felt at home straight away. A great layout for family get togethers - we were there over Christmas and we could all cook and eat and watch TV together. It was easily walkable into the centre with all the Roman historic sites, restaurants and lovely little bars, coffee shops etc, and it was close to the cinema too. Veronique was very helpful and got back to me promptly if I needed anything. It was a wonderful holiday. Thank you very much Veronique, we hope to return!

Petite maison confortable et bien équipée, avec l'avantage d'une terrasse à l'ombre toute la journee. Le logement est également idéalement situé pour découvrir la région. Les deux piscines de la résidences sont très appréciables, notamment pour les enfants. Thierry se tient disponible pour tout renseignements et pour conseiller des sorties sympathiques.

Maison très fonctionnelle avec beaucoup d'équipements. Environnement sympa dans les vignes. Grand terrain pour les enfants. Merci

La Perle studio was a wonderful place. Veronique and Pascal were extremely welcoming and accommodating. We were welcomed and hosted very generously. Fresh croissants, firewood and coal for the BBQ. The place is very well equipped and clean. We loved every minute of our stay and we would highly recommend the place. Fantastic people and fantastic place! We are grateful for such a beautiful stay. Great place to relax and enjoy the pristine pool and gorgeous garden. The studio is better than it looks in the photos, relatively recent, and well-maintained. I did not understand the layout in the listing, there are bunk beds in the entry area across from the separate WC and bathroom, leading to a decent-sized living/dining area and a small but functional kitchen. The queen-size (160cm) bed is upstairs on an open mezzanine level, TV is up there too. Comfortable linens on the beds. We appreciated the patio area, ours led directly to the pool. We spent a week there with our 7 yo granddaughter and there are lots of activities for kids, she also loved the pool. Frederic and Katy are very kind and responsive hosts.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. We traveled with a toddler and twin infants under 1 year old. The place was clean, beautiful, and well equipped. They were very accommodating and even arranged for us to have an extra crib for our second twin. The house is quiet, private, and in a safe place; however we were still just a 5 minute walk into town for all the restaurants and activities. Check in was a breeze. Everything was very well explained. The host was always available and answered questions very quickly. I feel very lucky to have chosen this place for our stay in Uzes. Merci!

What a stunning apartment in a perfect position within historic Uzès. The apartment itself oozes character and charm and it was spotlessly clean, clearly well managed and with everything that was required for our stay. Madame Cala was flexible with our arrival time for which we are grateful and she was just a phone call/text away had we needed anything (which we didn’t). We enjoyed many hours wandering the medieval streets of Uzès as well as exploring further afield within the Occitanie region which is stunning. We are so glad we found this beautiful place to stay and would highly recommend this apartment and Madame Cala.

Comme toujours, tout s'est bien passé dans l'immeuble de Gilles. Le studio, comme les autres que j'ai pu essayer, est fonctionnel et propre. L'accès est facilité avec les boites à clés et Gilles est réactif en cas de soucis. J'y reviens régulièrement avec plaisir :) Seul bémol de ce studio : pas de volet à la fenêtre, seulement un rideau occultant.
