Only 18 miles to MCO-Orlando International Airport. Great shopping within 3 miles. Location is secluded with large trees, lakeside, and adjacent to the commuter train track. Our 1920's historic home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from everything. The ColonialTown North district of Orlando (also called Mills/50) is a vibrant, central area with exceptional walkability to grocery stores, a trendy bar scene, LOTS of coffee and boba options, foodie restaurants and casual late night eats. When you're ready, retreat to our porch swing and watch the sunset reflect off the trees. We lived in this space for four years and left it just as we crafted it.

My place is close to Downtown Mount Dora and all the amenities of the beautiful waterfront historic city. You’ll love my place because of the proximity to downtown Mt. Dora - a quick walk. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends. $75 pet fee per pet. (2 pets max) Payment request will be sent after booking. This will help to keep Ladybug a pet friendly home!

Schur Haven Craftsman Cottage.

Clean, cozy two bedroom craftsman cottage just two blocks from downtown. Schur Haven is a great place to relax and connect with the history of Deland. It sleeps four in two beds, has parking for two cars, and has a great front porch. Cable and wifi are included along with a washer and dryer. The kitchen is small and basic, but has the essentials you'll need if you want to cook.
