Hop on a bus to Fen Drayton’s famous nature reserve and visit the myriad of historic and picturesque villages in the the area. St Ives sits on the river Ouse with a pretty quayside and excellent independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. There is a carpark directly opposite the pod. We are a 2 minute walk to the river and shops of St.Ives. It is just a ten minute walk to St Ives’s famous ‘Guided Busway’, where regular buses will whizz you into Central Cambridge in less than 40 minutes

You’ll be a 10 minute walk from the historic town centre of St Ives and a 5 minute walk from the guided bus to Cambridge. Alternatively being just off the A14 it’s a 20 minute drive approx. The house is surrounded by beautiful wild trails, rivers, villages and countryside for the rambler, kayaker (perfect for another perspective) and cyclist. Quiet location, ideal for a relaxing break, or focal point to meet family or friends. Situated in the remote country village of Broughton. The village boasts a popular and quaint pub, renowned for its food (The Crown Inn). The Annex is detached from the main house, Lounge/Kitchen area, Bathroom, Two ground floor Bedrooms, with a third double situated in what was a Hay Loft (not suitable for children under 14 years of age). Recently re-furbished. Ample parking on the drive for 2 to 3 cars.

Our beautiful town centre is a 15 minute walk which includes plenty of independent shops, restaurants and pubs all based on the flow of the Great River Ouse. Bus stop within a 5 minute walk to travel into the centre of the historic city of Cambridge or Huntingdon both with train stations with direct links to London, Peterborough & more. We offer free on site parking with a driveway that can accommodate 3+ vehicles comfortably. Our home also offers an enclosed rear patio that includes a bbq.

Honey Hill Lodge is fully equipped and sits in a quite corner of the village and nestled in our family garden with lovely views across the lawn and the surrounding fields.
