Barrière de Saint Gilles: soggiorni in alloggi con caminetto

Nous avions envie de découvrir Bruxelles et avons choisi le logement de Zsolt pour séjourner dans un endroit paisible et confortable. Nous avons réalisé ce voyage en famille et les enfants ont apprécié l'accès à la piscine en semaine. De plus se rendre à Bruxelles en train se fait facilement. Le nouveau musée Hergé situé à Louvain la neuve est également très proche. Une bonne adresse que nous recommandons aux autres voyageurs !

Wir haben einen schönen Aufenthalt in dem schönen Haus gehabt, die Lage ist super und kommt man sehr bequem mit dem Auto hin. Haus selbe ist perfekt ausgestaltet und passt perfekt für Familie mit Kinder.

We had a lovely stay at the house, it is beautifully furnished and appointed with great taste. There was everything we could possibly need for our stay. It is conveniently located, not too close to the city centre but only a very short walk from Abbaye tram stop which goes straight to the centre, or to change trams and go to the European quarter. There is a supermarket close by as well, and park areas to walk around. The house is quiet and comfortable, and provides plenty for space for a family or group, provided you don't mind stairs! It would have been fascinating to have had some information provided on the history of the building and neighbouring properties, as I am sure it has quite a story to tell. Many thanks, Alexandra!

The stay was good at this place. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and the communication throughout was quick and helpful. The location was quiet and relaxing.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 2 familles (12 personnes au total), le logement est très spacieux et confortable, la cuisine et salle à manger très conviviale. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié le trampoline dans le jardin. Un seul bémol : la personne qui nous a accueilli a oublié de préciser qu'il y avait un store dans le séjour, du coup il y avait beaucoup de lumière pour dormir dans le canapé lit du salon. Hormis ce petit point, tout était parfait, merci aux hôtes!

Nous avons passé une semaine de Noël merveilleuse dans la maison de Naja, Juan Pedro et leurs enfants. La cuisine est idéale et très bien équipée pour préparer de bons repas à plusieurs et le salon est très confortable. La maison a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour agréable et Naja et Juan Pedro sont très réactifs. Nous nous sommes sentis accueillis comme à la maison, et ce séjour restera un souvenir précieux pour notre famille. Merci encore pour tout !

We stayed in Gordon's place for few nights and we really enjoyed it. It was cozy, calm and relaxing. We felt immediately like on holiday. + it's located in beautiful area of Pajottenland and National Park Brabantse Wouden, not far from Brussel. Nice spot for walking and cycling. + Stores and bakery are close by (open also on Sunday) + Kitchen was well equipped + It was calm and clean + Comfortable mattress in bed (important information for people age 30+;)

Great guy, great place, great location

We stayed for a week in Laure’s apartment, for New Year’s Eve. The location is just perfect, we couldn’t ask for more. We used the metro just to go to the Atomium and to the EU parliament. The apartment is spacious, it was so much bigger than expected, bright and a bit vintage. It is actually Laure’s home and you can see her personal touch in every detail. The only drawback is that it is at the third floor with only stairs, but you get used to it and also you basically don’t hear any noise from the street. If you want to stay in Bruxelles like a local I highly recommend.

Very close walking distance from the Midi train station, we arrived late Friday night and check in instructions were well communicated.

Excellent apartment with lots of natural light and plenty of space. Eugenie was really responsive and helpful. She provided a crib, high chair, toys for our children and was generally great.

Logement conforme à nos attentes : spacieux, lumineux, literie de qualité. Un bémol toutefois pour le manque d'isolation phonique et l'absence de rideaux occultants dans la chambre. Cela n'enlève en rien sur la qualité de notre séjour et l'accueil chaleureux réservé par Quentin, qui a su également se montrer disponible !

James place was great. Easily walkable to the train, the central square, the royal art museum, and grocery stores. Located in a funky neighborhood with lots of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and music venues. James owns a restaurant below the apartment which served delicious food The apartment was clean, larger than expected, with a well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer rack. James quickly responded to all questions and was a great host. Only slight drawback and something that James has no control over, was the cigarette smoke in the hallway and the kitchen fumes that would occasionally drift in to the bedrooms at night. I highly recommend James apartment and would stay there again

Nice apartment — well-equipped and cozy. The location is great, not far from the city center. Our only suggestion would be to add window curtains in the bathroom, as their absence might feel uncomfortable for anxious guests.

Merci à Jean-Luc qui nous a réservé bon accueil dans sa maison très sympa. Nous y avons passé un séjour cosy, l'emplacement était idéal pour se déplacer en Belgique.

Heerlijke dagen gehad met de kids! Prachtige keuken en enorme tuin met leuk speeltoestel en trampoline. Zwembad was bij aankomst 24 graden maar mocht opgestookt worden naar 28 graden (heerlijke temperatuur). Openen en sluiten van het zwembad ging lastig maar Julien was ook hierbij zeer behulpzaam. Brussel op 30 minuten afstand met genoeg tips vanuit Julien qua restaurants en shop locaties. Als het mogelijk is komen we hier zeker nog eens terug. Bedankt Julien en Kimmy dat we in jullie prachtige huis mochten verblijven ;-)!

Mooi en rustig verblijf. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor een rustig weekendje. Dimi reageert snel, vriendelijk en communiceert pro actief maar niet overdreven, ideale communicatie!

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen, einem Kind und einem Hund in Anthonys Villa. Es ist wie beschrieben ein toll ausgestattetes Anwesen mit einigen zusätzlichen Annehmlichkeiten, wie dem fest eingebauten Kaffeevollautomaten, der keine Wünsche offen lässt oder dem Kühlschrank der die Eiswürfel für die Getränke liefert. Absolutes Highlight ist der Pool, dessen Wassertemperatur auch morgendliches Schwimmen ermöglicht. Anthony und Bea sind sehr hilfsbereite, gut erreichbare Gastgeber und haben uns freundlicher Weise einen late checkout ermöglicht. So konnten wir auch den letzten Urlaubstag in Ruhe angehen. Sehenswert in der Umgebung sind Waterloo (10 Min Fahrzeit) und Brüssel (40 Min Fahrzeit). Alles in allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit in Anthony und Beas Villa. Vielen Dank dafür!

Maison très spacieuse, bien équipée et retirée de la rue donc très calme.

Philippe a été un hôte extrêmement accueillant et arrangeant : il nous a permis d’arriver et de partir à l’heure qui nous arrangeait. Il nous a donné de nombreux conseils pour que nous passions un magnifique séjour. Le logement était propre et bien équipé. Il y avait tout ce qu’il faut pour accueillir un grand groupe comme le nôtre. Certains équipements montrent des signes de vieillissement mais nous avons tout expliqué à Philippe et il va en prendre soin. Le jardin était grand, bien fleuri et entièrement clôturé ce qui était parfait pour nos chiens. Nous avons passé un très bon week-end chez Philippe et, à part le prix qui nous a semblé excessif, nous n’avons rien à reprocher à ce logement.

Een perfect verblijf! de accommodatie oogt als een roze kasteeltje, middenin een rustige en groene wijk die zich qua locatie perfect bevind tussen steden als Leuven en Brussel. Een stijlvolle inrichting, kaarsen tot onze beschikking die voor nog meer sfeer zorgden en een volledig uitgeruste keuken met alle benodigde spullen. Én de bedden lagen heerlijk! Wij zijn ervan verzekerd dat wij een keer terugkomen, in dit kleine paradijsje!
