Petite île privée située entre Angoulême et Cognac, sur le tracé de la piste cyclable "La Flow vélo", à proximité immédiate de la jolie plage du Bain des Dames. Maison avec jardin attenant surplombant le fleuve. Nombreuses activités sur place : piscine, kayaks et vélos, grande salle de jeux : billard, tennis de table, baby foot, jeu de fléchettes, jeux de société, jouets pour les enfants, livres, BD… L’île abrite en outre une forêt-jardin ce qui en fait un véritable oasis pour la biodiversité !

The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool and jacuzzi. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.

A 30 km de Bordeaux, nous vous accueillons afin de visiter notre belle région et surtout déguster son vin. Au calme, vous trouverez de quoi vous reposer au coeur des vignes, prendre un bol d'air frais et de nature afin de vous ressourcer. Maison de plein pied, ce gîte dispose de trois chambres dont une qui peut accueillir les personnes à mobilité réduite. Tous les équipements nécessaires sont mis à votre disposition afin que vous passiez un agréable séjour.
