The town center, restaurants, bars and stores are all within walking distance, as is the famous Shell Beach. During your stay, a housekeeping service will be provided every 2 days. The residence has its own private parking lot with 2 reserved spaces.

The villa is also accessible to people with REDUCED MOBILITY thanks to its one level access.
