È spazioso, confortevole, molto luminoso, esposto a sud e soleggiato tutto il giorno. Ha una magnifica terrazza, con piscina riscaldata e viste spettacolari sul mare, sul lungomare e sulla spiaggia, e due amache per uso privato. A pochi metri abbiamo il lungomare, la spiaggia, supermercati, farmacia, bar, ristoranti, scuole di surf, autobus, taxi, banche.
