Et urbant område i nærheten av flere av byens mange parker. 🌳🍃 Høy første etasje, med balkong og hage som kan brukes året rundt. Leiligheten har gang, kjøkken, bad, soverom og stue. På sommeren kommer solen på balkongen ca. klokken 13.30 - 19.00.🌤️🌙

Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment over 2 floors located in the residential area Majorstua, very close to the city centre and just next to The Royale Palace. Fully equipped kithen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room. This is the best location in Oslo and you can walk almost everywhere. The apartment is ideal for 7 people, but it`s possible for 9 people to stay if you dont mind sleeping a bit tight. I only accept reservations from guests over 40 years old or families.

This is a beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the Oslo Fjord. You will be able to sunbathe in our lush garden and take a swim in the ocean from our boat dockage. The living room is quite large and has an open kitchen space. The private veranda is also perfect for enjoying the sun and the view. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one main bathroom and one WC with a washbasin.

Veldig sentral beliggenhet med gode kollektiv tilbud i nærheten. 2min til trikk 4min til buss 4min til T-bane Barnevennlig og rolig området, med Torshovdalen 400 meter bortenfor. Nærmeste butikk er Bunnpris, men det er ikke langt ned til Carl Berner torg med større utvalg av dagligvare butikker, café, vinmonopol etc.
