We stayed at the house while going to Coachella and had a great time! the house had everything we needed, communications were great and the host was very responsive and flexible with check in and check out time, and the self service options were very helpful. also located close to the convention center which is walking distance and made the shuttle rides very convenient. The house is very spacious as well as the outdoor area and very comfortably fits 10 ppl.

Staying at Casa Cosmos was such a wonderful and unique experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The attention to detail in every corner of the house is incredible—it’s clear a lot of love and care went into creating this space. The welcome gift and the handwritten note were such a sweet and personal touch—it really made us feel so warmly welcomed. Everything was spotless and beautifully arranged, and the information provided made it super easy to settle in and run the house smoothly. The pool was absolutely amazing—perfect for relaxing during the day—and we had so much fun with all the games available. The mattresses were also incredibly comfortable, and we all slept so well! Casa Cosmos is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and charm.

This house is a hidden gem. Vi had everything you could ever need in all areas of the house. The kitchen had every appliance, air fryer, rice cooker, ect that anyone would need. Had a ton of toys inside and outside for the kids to play with besides pack-n-play x2, high chair, baby gates, ect. Vi was always super responsive. The washer broke and she had someone out the next day and she said if they couldn't fix it, she would take our laundry and wash it herself!! Super clean, pool was warm, had a fruit plate and smores waiting for us as well as candy. We are already looking at dates to book again!

We really enjoyed staying at Kathryn's place. The pool and hot tub were wonderful once we understood how they worked. Kathryn was responsive to all our questions. The beds were comfortable, and nights were quiet in the neighborhood. It was a quick and easy drive to downtown Palm Springs and the airport. We had a great stay and highly recommend Kathryn's place.

Ian's place was wonderful. 3 bedrooms and 3 restrooms was amazing. The pool was so great for us. we had amazing time. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a nice meal. The house felt spacious and cozy at the same time. We enjoyed our family time very much. We went to he living desert zoo and came back to cool down on the beautiful clean backyard pool. Thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful home.

We loved our stay in La Quinta at Casa del Julian. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. The layout of the house is comfortable. Bedrooms are very spacious. Appliances are in pristine condition. The housekeeping is impeccable. We would have like a few more lamps 😉 We appreciated that our host, Nadia, is friendly and extremely organized. She sent detailed directions ahead of time on how to use the hot tub as well as house rules. We will stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Suzette's! Very spacious, very clean and well-decorated home. Absolutely loved the large PB&J painting on the wall.

Ashley is a wonderful host. He was very responsive to our questions before arrival. An hour after we arrived, he called us to make sure everything is fine and he gave us a walk-through of the place. The outdoor patio is very spacious with a large pool, Jacuzzi , and a fire pit (useful in November). Kitchen is large and is fully equipped with everything one needs to make all meals. This house has everything one needs for an enjoyable vacation.

House was clean and welcoming. The views are amazing and the backyard is a paradise. The amenities are much better than most Airbnbs. Todd & crew have thought of everything. Coffee, condiments, disposable plates & cups, even some toiletries in case you forgot your own. Neighborhood is in the north side of town and we did get hit with a few days of very very strong winds (nothing that the host could obviously prevent but something to note). Mitch was super responsive and got the pool and hot tub heated up in a jiffy for us and even suggested the Thursday evening street fair which was awesome. Would highly recommended any property hosted by them and we will definitely come back to stay if we ever make it back!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Brandi’s Airbnb! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as listed. We especially loved the pool and spa - such a relaxing treat. Brandi clearly put a lot of thought into the space, with so many thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and would absolutely stay here again!

A perfect Palm Springs escape! I loved everything about this stay—the salted, warm pool was a dream, and the cozy, well-lit evenings made it feel like home. The amenities were excellent, and the lush, flowering trees added a beautiful touch. The architecture and design were stunning—thoughtful and inspiring. Highly recommend!

We booked Suan and Jessica's place for Easter weekend. We had planned a trip to the Flower Gardens and Legoland in Carlsbad, both of which were less than 20 minutes away from where we were staying. Not only was the place conveniently located, it offered us a spot to enjoy our family's company and dedicate our time to our grandaughter. We barbecued, watched movies, swam in swimming pool, did our own arts and crafts, etc. We had an overall amazing time at a reasonable price without the chaos and limitations of booking a hotel room. We would definitely book this place in the future if we are in the area.

Super stylish, very Palm Springs mid century modern! loved the interior design and the landscaped garden and pool. the Cabana was very cool and we really enjoyed the hot tub. Only comment we would make is that the house is under the airport flight path and is noisy during the day. Even with that observation, we look forward to staying here again.

Our host was very helpful every step of the way! He communicated daily to see if we need anything and even sent the pool company to help us when the pool heat wasn’t working. The house is the perfect set up for our family. Everyone had privacy and yet we had beautiful spaces to gather. We loved the proximity to the park, restaurants & shopping and couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you Shane for making our family vacation so memorable!!

Eric was a outstanding host! Appreciated his helpfulness and responsiveness! Hose is in a beautiful location and peaceful neighborhood. Home was clean and well-kept and perfect location to relax and have things to do. Local eating places were also great and loved how close to Old Town it was. We visited the local farmers market and had a great breakfast while there. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool and Eric was extremely accommodating having it heated before we even arrived. We would definitely come back!

Our multigenerational family of six enjoyed our stay at Dan’s Oceanside home, and we will definitely stay here again. If you value privacy, safety, and comfort, you will love Dan’s place for you and your family. We are a no pet, no smoking, no alcohol drinking, no shoes indoors, environmentally conscious family and Dan’s clean, comfortable, safe, and relaxing home was the perfect find. If you enjoy cooking like we do, the kitchen is well equipped with excellent quality cookware and appliances. The house does not have central AC but there are ceiling fans, which we used, and portable fans (which we didn’t need to use) as the house gets a nice breeze throughout. If you are sensitive to sound, you can definitely hear some minimal noise from nearby highway and trains, but nothing we couldn’t tolerate. Hot tub operation is remotely controlled and requires contact with Dan to be heated. House manual with information/rules to make sure everyone has a pleasant stay, is respectful of property

Had a great stay! Everything was very clean looked exactly like the pictures. Jack was always responsive to my questions and any help I needed.

We were in town for a girls trip and absolutely loved staying here. The house is in the perfect location; convenient to downtown yet just far enough away from the hustle and bustle that this place was a quiet oasis. The beds are extremely comfortable and we loved that each room had its own bathroom attached. Tony, the property manager, was INCREDIBLE. So helpful, kind, and responsive. He knew we were getting into town earlier in the day and made it possible for us to check in early, which was so appreciated. 10/10 would recommend Lone Palm House and already trying to figure out when I can come back with my family.

This is our second time staying here and we love the sun room, pool and giant back yard. The beds are comfortable and the place is very clean. You can’t beat the location. So close to everything and fun to walk around and see all the beautiful houses, gates and colorful doors.

Perfect and beautiful place for the quick getaway needed, indoors and outdoors. Doggos loved it too, even the cute grass park only down the block. Responsive host as well.

My friends and I stayed at this place for Coachella weekend. It has excellent amenities (kitchen supplies, enough towels for everyone). They also provide parking inside the garage in case you feel sketched out leaving your car in the street during the night. It is spacious and centrally located in PS. The backyard felt like a little oasis. It was on the pricier end, but it was Coachella weekend, so they took advantage of the high demand for the space. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting PS over the weekend.

Our group travels annually for cycling trips and Tim's place worked fantastic for us. The outdoor areas were a hit for our group. The kitchen is well appointed and the bedrooms are separated from the common areas so they are quiet. Tim met us at check in and outlined the home audio system and kitchen. We would definitely enjoy staying at Tim's for future trips.

The host was incredibly responsive and quickly took care of any issues that arose, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The backyard was a highlight—serene, peaceful, and beautifully landscaped. The value for the price was definitely worth it, and we'd highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!
