We had an amazing stay! The space was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described—if not better. Nick was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, and all the little touches (like fresh towels, coffee, and local tips) made it feel like a home away from home. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The apartment was super clean and spacious! Has everything you need. Walkable to town and in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend Amanda’s place and would 100% stay here again!!

Great spot! Very walkable. It's also a great layout if traveling with small children - there is a separate meditation room upstairs that was perfect for setting up our travel cribs. Would stay again!

This was a perfect spot for me, my son and our two dogs. The yard is fenced which is ideal for furbabies and the space was very clean, comfortable & conveniently located

This place was a gem! Roomy and spotless, just perfect for a long weekend in the Hamptons. Have stayed in several other airbnbs in the area over the past few years, this one was the best by far. Very accurate description and photos, comfy, super responsive host, well equipped, easy to get to town. Would definitely stay again!

Fabulous stay for our nephew’s wedding. So close to Greenport but secluded! Lovely gazebo and deck to enjoy the morning sun. 5 stars!

My family and I stay in greenport quite a bit and all agreed that this was our favorite Airbnb to stay in! The house was comfortable and beautifully designed. The host was so helpful when we had questions. Also, the water pressure in the showers was awesome which is hard to come by! Thank you for a great stay - we will be back!!

We were so excited to find this house available again. We were here a few years ago and always wanted to return. It was just as wonderful as we remembered. Iris is a great host. She meets every request with prompt enthusiasm. We highly recommend her and this beautiful home.

Our family spent a great weekend here. There was plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own, and everything was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The home was exactly as shown in the pictures and everything we could have needed was there. The hot tub was lovely both nights, and the pool area looks pretty though was not yet opened for the season. This is a perfect spot to bring your family, to relax, and enjoy all that the Hamptons, and Hampton Bays has to offer. We hope to return soon!

House is well represented. Spacious, very clean, and great location. Good for families or groups of friends.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Cliffside for our wedding weekend! Alice was very flexible with us, which we appreciated because getting married is chaotic enough LOL. Would highly recommend staying here. The unit was spotless and had a wonderful view. We could not have asked for a better stay!

Just as described, beautiful waterfront location that’s a 5 minute drive to town and local vineyards. Perfect weekend getaway

If we don't give a good review, can we keep this to ourselves?! Patti was a perfect host; the views were fantastic, whether from the outdoor porch or inside through the French doors looking out on the water. Access to the small beach and pool were excellent and we were close to several good restaurants (many of which Patti suggested, including some on the water) for take-out during the pandemic. Wifi was great and everything was very clean and as advertised. We generally fly for vacations and long weekends but had to stay closer to home this year and this was a perfect choice.

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

Just had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place! The place was impeccably clean, and Robert was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our visit. While the manor has a charmingly vintage vibe and could use a bit of modernization, we truly enjoyed our time there. The warmth of the atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We recommend for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!
