This charming inn built in 1799 is the perfect unique spot for your getaway with family or friends. With two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a living room to hang out in, there's plenty of space for everyone. Located on Main Street, we are just steps away from restaurants, shopping, and historic sites. We are just a short drive from the beaches and downtown Kennebunkport. Coffee is provided each morning for guests, and there is a restaurant on site.

Charming, farmhouse style, large room with queen bed in a classic New England Inn. Built in the 1820s, the inn has historic, classic touches, and modern amenities. Cornish is situated halfway between Portland and North Conway, and close to summer camps and lakes in the Sebago Lake region. A perfect stopover or opportunity for a longer unwind.

The Harbor Crest Inn, located one half mile from our Main Inn, features luxury guest rooms that have been revitalized. This listing is for a 1st floor guestroom with wide doorways and a standard tub/shower in the bathroom. Guests of Harbor Crest can enjoy the many indoor and outdoor common areas. The 1730 Harbor Crest Inn is our only Inn that is dog friendly. Please note we do not offer elevators in any of our buildings.

The Elms - Lodge Room

The Elms is a historic Queen Anne Victorian mansion built in 1882 to serve as luxury accommodations for international executives and dignitaries visiting the local paper mill. Overlooking the Presumpscot River across the street from the old mill, the building retains many of its original architectural details, featuring lofty ceilings, grand staircases, exquisite woodwork, and antique furniture.

We’re a small 1950s boutique motel in a tranquil setting just 1.5 miles outside of downtown Portsmouth and Kittery Foreside. Pull up and park directly in front of your room. In need of some fresh Maine air? Just open the windows in your room, or get your fill while sitting outside on one of our private decks, by our outdoor pool (early June to mid Sept) or in our grassy common area.
