This new, very private apartment attached to our home is in a quiet and picturesque environment minutes away from Dock Square. It's great for couples, solo adventurers and families with one child. If you are seeking to spend the day at one of the beautiful Kennebunk beaches they are just minutes away. Welcome to ArtBnb! My husband Tim and I bought this 1920's property in October, and we have gradually been working on setting it up to be our long-time vision of an AirBnb rental/artist's residency. The apartment is a sweet & cozy bi-level 2-bedroom, located in central Saco. Most of the art you see in the space is original work by local artists/friends, and is for sale. We will be adding more pieces as time goes on, so come back to see new work!

This ground floor 3 bedroom unit can accommodate up to 7-8 person, offer a private access to the unit. There will be 1 king bed, 1 queen, 1 full size bed and a pull out couch, full bath and a full kitchen (eat in kitchen). The place is about 4 minutes walking distance to the beach, about 6 minute walk to the train station, 8-10 minute to playland palace. A minute to a bus stop and one block to a convenient store.
