Views of the lake from almost every room in the home. Please note the spiral staircase leading to the upstairs bedroom is very narrow. Pets are allowed with a non refundable pet fee of 75. 00. This listing is for an entire home with a back yard apartment. The Rock House is newly renovated and located in the town of Zwolle in Sabine Parish. It is a great location to stay and experience Toledo Bend. Fishermen, hunters and groups working from out of town are welcome. It’s also a perfect place to stay while visiting family and friends for the holidays enjoying the Tamale Fiesta in October, or just getting away for the weekend. This home is close to a grocery store and restaurants.

My house sits on 1.4 acres 5 min from Leesville and 10 min to Fort Polk. It sits on a 1/2 mile long dead end gravel road with very little traffic. This location is private. Two sides of the property are bordered by forestry land. Enjoy the backyard fire pit, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, corn hole, and oversized Jenga in a private setting. Vernon lake boat ramp is less than 5 miles! If you need special accommodations please let me know. I use a local cleaning service.
